I am rejecting this response because: the business has failed to issue the package to *** since the 15th of May. The items were purchased on the 20th of April. We are now in the month of June. I have requested a refund multiple times but they disregard my request as to try to still issue the items even after I have refused them multiple times.

I placed an order for a waist trainer on March 31, 2025 for $60.55. The order number is #****** and I received email confirmation stating the order would be shipped and received in 7-10 business days. I received an email with this tracking number and the item was being processed with ****. I checked the updates daily and the 10 day window passed with no update on the item. I reached out to the customer service email mailto:************************************************************ and request an update on the shipping of the item. I received no response. I reached out again mid-April and requested a refund to wish the customer *** responded and said they issued it. On May 1, I had not received it the refund and emailed again to and update. I received no response. I then sent a new request to the customer service email on May 6 and May 8 requesting a refund and received no response until May 12 when a different *** asked me if I wanted a reship of the item but informed it was out of stock at the time. I responded and request a refund. The *** did not ***ly. I emailed again on May 13, May 14, and May 15 and have not gotten any responseBusiness Response

I purchased a waist cincher from this business for $60 on 4/12/25. On the website it was posted that it wouldnt ship until 4/30/25. It is now 5/2/25 and my order has not been updated at all and after reaching out to the merchant Ive gotten no response. It is now 5/5 and I still havent received any response from this business yet they are still on social media promoting sales and products. I put an order for two items at the beginning of March. I received the order almost 1 month later and I only received 1 of the items, which they failed to communicate. I contacted them on the issue and supposedly sent out the missing item. Its already been another 13 days and have failed to update or communicate with me on what is going on.Business Response

I placed an order on February 14th for two playsuits that Jaz ******* advertised as 30% off! These WERE not pre-orders at all i made sure of it before purchasing! It is now March 11th with no product, all she did was create a pre-shipment label through **** and i called and they dont even have the package! Ive emailed this company 5 times and instagrams comment on her business page and reached out to her through her DMS but She is so popular that she does not even acknowledge them! Ive been following this lady for years and loved her journey and she basically said *f ******* money when all i wanted to do was support & get my item. Hi Paris! I want to apologize for the misunderstanding. Your order placed on 1/16 was a PRESALE item with a shipment date sometime in late January. We experienced a manufacturing delay which pushed that shipdate back to the week of March 24th. We sent an email out on January 17th and March 10th updating our customers on that. Unfortunately my experiencewith this company has not been good at all. I truly feel like I've been scammed out of my money. My wife follows this company, and the owner on social media. I bought a product as a Christmas present for my wife with plenty of time to receive it by Christmas. But that did not happen. There was no correspondence on shipping until I sent numerous emails. We finally received the product in January only to find out the incorrect size was shipped out to us. The owner/ company avoided contact about a return until recently. We received return info, shipped the package back in a timely fashion, only to be ghosted again. Unfortunately I was robbed of $60 from this company and I was not able to provide the Christmas gift that my wife wanted. I hope this review helps someone.Business Response

I want to apologize to Mr. ****** and his wife for recieving anything but a satisfactory customer service experience.
Order was placed on December 14th. Holiday processing times at the time were ***** business days not including weekends. This information was given to customer at checkout.
Customer is correct that he was shipped the wrong size. He requested a refund via the exchange portal on January 3rd. It was approved on Jan 6th which was the next business day. Tracking shows customer dropped dropped item in the mail on January 18th. It arrived at the warehouse in January 22nd. His refund was processed on January 31st.

I made a purchase around 22 of June. I followed the instructions to measured my waist and my chest area and I place the order. right after I place the other, I dont know why I didnt do that first I decided to look at the review And review were saying that you should order a size up seriously I think it was within 30 minutes. I tried to reach these people and up to these moment I have not heard from anyone than the item was ship. The item was so small that I couldnt even wrap it around for me to try to zip it. Now Im following their exchange and I have to pay $10 when I tried to solve the problem be fore it even ship. Due to that error, you understandably filed a chargeback on the purchase. When you file a chargeback with the bank, we are unable to issue a refund until the chargeback is resolved. In your case, the chargeback was resolved in your favor and your funds were refunded on July 24, 2024.
