      This company began taking money out of my checking account a few months ago. After blocking any transactions from this company, they were able to get into another of my accounts and withdraw again. I made a trip to the bank and had any transaction with Albert investigated as I have never signed up for anything dealing with this company. I discovered today that they were able to withdraw from my husband's acct that has my name on it. I'm sick of not being able to contact anyone. This company is a fraud and I will seek counsel on this matter.

      This customer's complaint is in regards to the ********************** financial app. WE ARE NOT ALBERT. We are Learn By Doing, Inc. or Albert.io - we are an educational software company that sells to schools, teachers, and students. We are not a financial or banking institution. This customer should reach out to ************************ and contact their support to receive the proper help they need. Again, we are not Albert the financial app.
