    DO NOT USE!! We have a trip to ********** booked for February. So far I have had nothing but trouble with this company. They DO NOT return requested phone calls, they DO NOT answer the phone on weekends - dont know what we will do if we have a real problem during our trip! They booked us in economy seating on our flight without our knowledge - we get no FF miles, no checked baggage and cant even select our seats until check in. I asked for an upgrade and was put off several times and then *********** was too late - even though I had asked before the cut off deadline. I requested the rental car option when booking on line but they gave us the transfers option stating that we would have to cancel and rebook to get the car. We are only 3 weeks away from our trip and still do not have hotel or transfer information. I would NEVER recommend this company. They seem like just a bunch of fly by night folks that have no idea what the are doing and certainly care nothing about customer service. I am very concerned about our trip!
