After one week awaiting shipping information, I called up to the office and assured by the sales manager the motor I ordered would be ready next day for pickup. I was assured by the office secretary that a serial number was the only thing missing and the motor was ready to be picked up. I informed the sales manager that I would be traveling from ***** and I would be there at 8 AM although he said 12 PM worked better for him but I informed him that was not feasible. My spouse arrived at 8 AM next day and was told by the sales manager that the motor was not ready because it had not been inspected. After 3 hours we asked for our money back and told it would be 20% less than what I purchased it for because I was canceling an order even though I was never given the motor. After 2 hours of fighting with the sales manager and even the owner, who said to my spouse face to get out of there and never come back + to me over the phone to learn some f****** patience , we were given our money back. This company did not handle a customer interaction well and then proceeded to degrade us a business owners when we declined to purchase his motor. He said we wasted his time when I was told a day prior that the motor was ready to go.
