"North Shore Gas is a renowned, qualified, and high-quality company; however, its primary shortcoming lies in the lack of transparency regarding how gas consumptions recorded by the meter is presented to the consumer/user of their service. Indeed, consumers should be able to personally verify their gas consumption readings data which the company ought to make available to every customer rather than simply being presented with data that the company has collected solely on its own." ...
