REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy. You may submit a refund* request within 30 days fromreceiving your Monument.
- We may only provide a refund if your Monument unit was purchased directly from us.If you purchased your product from any other sellers, please refer to their returnpolicy.
- Please make sure that your returned unit contains original packaging and accessories.
- Monument unit damaged due to misuse by the customer cannot be refunded.*Some restrictions apply to the refund amount: Shipping fees, international customs taxes andduties are non-refundable.
WARRANTY
If the product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship within one year from the date of purchase, Monument will at its operation repair or replace it free of charge.
