I contacted this company in July 2021 in desperation due to a last minute move due to the sale of my house. Other highly recommended company did not have availability for me during the the end of July. I appreciate Fox movers were able to accommodate me even though I had to accept the dates they gave me not so much what I really wanted. The moving date came. I had to pay practically pay twice of what I was quoted on. They were very disorganized and reckless. They even made big holes on the walls of a house I had already sold. Very upsetting. I only gave them half of the money until they came back to fix the walls which they did. Later during that time i paid them in full. I pay extra for storage since I had not found I new house during that time. They were supposed to separate my belonging since I was going to retrieve somethings at an earlier date. That was a disaster. Since them Issues started and I realized they did not keep their words as we had agreed and contracted from the very beginning. The date to deliver the rest of the furniture arrive on 9/3/21. The schedule time was afternoon, they got to my house at 7 pm and refused to take my stuff up to m y apartment until I paid in full and write a statement on the form about liability. I was practically forced to pay prior. Once things were in my apartment the first thing I notice, (luckily before they left) was my 65 inch tv had a dent, upon inspection realized it was broken. I told the person in charge and he told me to write the report which I did. I called the company and Ruby ****** to make sure nothing else was broken before I submit the claim because once the claim is submitted I can't add missing or broken items. Well the broken TV was the first item, the list went on and on. I also have missing objects. At one point they told me some of my boxes were being loaded in another person's truck. I am missing kitchen items for which i think went in the box or boxes sent to another person. I will add the list
