    Do not use this company. I had the appointment 2 months in advance moving my daughter there from different state. This was schREMOVEDulREMOVEDin late afternoon since we were driving 7-hour drive to get there, they were calling on our drive to come early, and I had already told them we were driving and we hirREMOVEDthem to unload the U-Haul. They got there before our schREMOVEDulREMOVEDtime and startREMOVEDthe clock when they arriveREMOVED, they sent 2 kids that were on their 4th job of day and to exhaustREMOVEDto work, they kept dropping our stuff, when bringing in apartment didn't put in each room just dropREMOVEDit in unorganizedREMOVEDmess in one room blocking walking and not knowing what they were doing. Was going to leave after 2 hours with only unloading half truck and I talkREMOVEDto manager and they made them stay to finish but I was on phone letting them know things are getting damageREMOVED, they were standing around or going to their truck to take brakes and startREMOVEDthe clock way before we arriveREMOVEDand schREMOVEDulREMOVEDappointment. It was a nightmare. I signREMOVEDpaperwork in good faith they would pay for damages. I callREMOVEDfor over a week and emailREMOVEDnumerous times before I got the corporate office to reply and they said they forwardREMOVEDmessage to store and would call me that day and no call. It wasn't until I disputeREMOVEDthe charge from my bank they callREMOVEDme back and said for me to fill out claim and send pictures. I did same day and they did nothing. I had to keep following up and they said I had to cancel my dispute from my bank before they can process claim. I did and then let them know and they said send proof I forwardREMOVEDemail from my bank and have yet to get them to reply or process claim. I found owner on LinkedIn and cc-REMOVEDher on emails and nothing from franchisee owner. I had then bought stuff off REMOVEDfor me to fix a couple of damages and emailREMOVEDreceipts and askREMOVEDfor reimbursement which was less than $100 and said if nothing else just pay me back for this and nothing. This place is horrible.

    They are the worst, They damaged my 2 dressers and refused my claim, the damage was done when the dragged the 2 dressers upside down on the truck without a moving blanket, the estimate to fix them was $500-$700 each. Do not hire them.
