I've received multiple invoices for a **** of $24.72 for crutches I received from a hospital after a surgery I had in May 2021. There is NO account information or invoice number for me to pay the ****. I have tried going online and paying, but again, no account number or invoice details are provided. I've called the various numbers available and only twice have I been able to speak to someone on the phone, and both times was told I'd be given a callback and never was. On top of this, when I have spoken to representatives, they all acknowledged that the invoice isn't helpful and doesn't provide the correct information. There's also no clear indication of which number is which (there's a number for Dynamic Medical and one for Graymont Medical, I had to ask for clarification of who I was even talking to).This most recent piece of mail has a FINAL NOTICE saying that my account could be referred to a collections agency. It would be beyond ridiculous for my credit to be affected 1) over $24.72 and 2) to absolutely no fault of my own when I literally have no way of paying the invoice.Although not required at this time, if this invoice goes to a collections agency, I expect a correction to my credit report due to Graymont's inaccessibility of paying the invoice.
