On May 03, 2025 I attempted to order the Canelo fight and was charged 70. I downloaded app and proceeded to setup my account to watch the fight. Could not stream fight from my phone and ******* did not allow me to access app from tv. An hour after ordering I chatted with customer service as I wanted a refund. Representative started they could not issue one. Why would I pay for a fight I can't access? Even on live tv it freezes. I want a refund this is horrible. I am writing to formally file a complaint against **** for their refusal to honor my request to cancel my account and delete my personal information.I initially signed up for **** with the intention of watching a single event. I paid the advertised fee and assumed it was a one-time transaction. Upon realizing I was being charged for an ongoing subscription, I immediately contacted ***** customer service to cancel my subscription and request that my personal data be removed from their *********** my frustration, I was informed that I am now obligated to pay for a full 12-month subscription and that they will not process a cancellation unless I update my billing information and pay the remaining balance. This is unacceptable. I should not be forced to continue paying for a service I no longer wish to use.Furthermore, their refusal to delete my personal data violates basic consumer rights, particularly in regard to data privacy and control over ones information.I respectfully request that **** cancel my subscription immediately, cease all further billing attempts, and permanently delete all of my personal data from their systems. Paid for a service to stream a sports event that has so many issues attempting to stream. Ive been trying to cancel my membership since I first downloaded the app. I have not used it since and they will not only not cancel it theyre trying to have me pay them $80 to cancel this crappy service. Hi,Dazn is a sports streaming service.I cancelled my **** account today on 2025-02-10 and yet they want to charge me next month of subscription that is to happen on 2025-02-18. They say in their cancellation 30 day policy. I downloaded the **** app to watch a boxing match, it was promoted as being a deal of $21.00 for a one year subscription. When I bought the app I immediately completed a cancellation to ensure it would not auto renew- plus I figured a whole year later I would forget. I was then charged again a month later. The cancellation process was difficult to find and complete and required an approval/finalization from the company. The second time- when i completed the cancellation process I took a screen shot for proof. A month later I was charged once again $21.00. I am so frustrated because if it was promoted as $21.00 per month I would have never got the app for a year for a monthly payment. when i reached out, the only option was typing through an instant messenger, it took forever, and after about 30 minutes of them saying I did not cancel, and then I provided proof, I was then informed that they would not cancel my subscription for no reason, about ten minutes later they then told me if I gave them more money $20.00 they would cancel it. Honestly they have been so deceptive up to this point I do not trust them, so I just cancelled my card. I would like a refund of the ***** I paid post my initial cancellation. I cancelled my annual subscription with **** several months ago. I remember going through the process vividly, however after seeing DAZN take $279 from my account on September 8th I immediately contacted them and not only confirmed the cancellation, but also informed them of the situation.**** responded with one generic email dated September 14th informing me there was nothing that could be done on their end. After pushing back I received the email attached to this complaint showing a refund would be deposited into my account within 5-7 business days. This time came and went. On September 30th I again began emailing **** asking about the funds. I have since received 4 straight generic emails refusing to acknowledge the situation in the ************ is quite clear they believe I will lose my persistence and they will get to keep my money. I ordered a pay-per view event a few weeks ago, the ***************** vs ******************* fight on DAZN. I did not want a subscription to DAZN, but that must've been in the fine print. Okay cool, you got me...and extra $34 or whatever because I didn't cancel quick enough.Here's the problem...YOU CAN'T CANCEL. I'd like to report a company running unfairly. DAZN is a subscription service for sports. I recently went through their checkout, and the confirmed amount was $100 in the checkout page. I was actually billed for $125 plus tax. Seems like a mistake? Their customer support will do nothing to help, and won't even refund the purchase. I have requested a cancellation of my subscription twice from this company in writing and continue to be charged. When I speak to them, they say that I can cancel my subscription but not my contract-I dont understand what they mean and they wont respond, because ** continuing to be charged monthly and not sure what for, if I cancelled? I was told I will be charged for 9 more months.
