    I went to get a phone fixed n they broke it I got loud and a 22 yr old pulled a *********** on me they also called they own police on Chicago police and they wouldnt provide a police report and also was racist

    Hello my name is Al i am the manager at exclusive quickcom the customer brought her broken phone for repair we fixed the screen but the phone had other issues that had the phone turning off and back on. Fixing the screen only fixes a broken screen not other issues with the phone we explained to her that when she broke her phone something else in the phone needed repair so we gave her her options that we would have to run further diagnosis to figure out all the problems or we can just take the screen off and refund her money. she didn't like  what we explained and started to get loud in the store so we called chicago police to deescalate the situation she told the police that we pulled out a firearm once the police arrived  we showed all the camera footage to the police they did not see any thing out of the ordinary or see any one pull out any firearms after they seen all the footage they went outside and talked to her then she started arguing with them they made sure she left and they left.

    we ended up refunding her money and put her old screen back on her phone.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    They are lying u called some other officers as in your kind I called Chicago police because of ALL THE RACIAL SLURS and yall come here to disrespect us and pull firearms and why did the 21 year old disappear after the police came because you all kno a firearm was pulled out and so was a TAZOR the video would clearly show him with a firearm it was 6 men against me they didnt do they job after the other cops came that the manager called it was 2 sets of cops the one I called n the one your boss pulled up with thats in that video but this wont be the last you all hear from me yes I reject only the firearm and the Racial Slurs n also I never got into a argument with CPD they say it was a civil matter and that since the person with the firearm wasnt present they couldnt do anything but that was after they cops came in a undercover car
