    Unilogic / UniUni Final Mile Delivery Failure I am filing this complaint due to ******'s failure to accurately report a mishandled delivery, which has directly prevented me from obtaining a refund for a product I never received. Despite repeated requests and formal documentation, ****** has refused to update the delivery status or provide an official correction to the seller or ****, contributing to financial loss and consumer harm.On May 24, 2025, I purchased a car radio through **** (Order #**-13059-80167). The final-mile delivery was handled by ****** under tracking number UUS55A1264230261581. Although tracking shows the item as "delivered," I never received the package, and UniUni later admitted in writing that the parcel was mishandled and not successfully delivered.I provided:UniUnis own Parcel Issue Confirmation Letter admitting delivery failure;Screenshots showing no package was delivered on the date marked as delivered;Proof from **** Informed Delivery and business hours that confirm no valid delivery attempt occurred.Despite this, ****** has:Refused to update the tracking status, which is being used by the seller to deny a refund;Failed to take any corrective action or communicate with the third-party seller or platform (****);Contributed to a denied refund and prolonged financial harm.I am requesting UniUni to:Formally update the tracking status to indicate the delivery failed;Provide written documentation that can be forwarded to **** and Klarna to support my refund claim.If this is not resolved, I am prepared to pursue further action with the ***, Illinois Attorney General, and small claims court.
