      We accepted 2 loads from CDL 1000 agent *********************** on August 29th and completed them, since then he, and his peer *************************** have stop responding regarding releasing payment for these loads. I have sent several emails and attempted to contact their corporate office and Accounting teams to no avail. Load pay on one is $4490 and the other $715. They hound you when completing the loads and completely disappeared once it was done

      I am rejecting this response because: this is inaccurate information, please refer to attached email thread where the receipt of the invoice was acknwledged multiple times. If you received the one for $715 why has it not yet been paid. I will resend both now and await a response!

      All invoices with required paperwork must me sent to ****************************** On the attached email thread there was no ***************************** so AP never received invoice and was not able to process it. 

      Carrier provided invoice on 9/28 first time to AP, so the invoice is not due yet. It will be paid according to our payment terms

      In March 2023, our company was contracted to deliver a load from them, and they have not paid, and they are not responding. We have contacted them multiple times, and at first, they said payment was in the mail. Now they don't answer at all. They do not pay their transportation companies, and now we are considering litigation!

      We hauled a load for this company in February of this year. We have yet to be paid for doing that. We have reached out many times and are always met with empty promises to pay.

      We, 5Ds Transportation, hauld a load for this Broker: CDL1000 on 10/19/2022. We billed them for the load on 10/21/2022 and have never received payment. We have tried every month for the last ten months to collect the payment owed of $1000 with no luck. At first we were able to talk to the gentleman that gave us the load ****** and we were resubmitting the paperwork each time he asked for it in an effort to get paid. However, communication stopped and his email doesn't work anymore. We have re-sent the paperwork to the billing email they provided on their tender but haven't received any correspondence back. I have tried calling ever number and any extention associated with CDL 1000 with no answer at any time. I have reached out every way we can find in order to collect the debt. Based on some easy research between BBB, **************** Reviews, etc this is very common for this company to not pay. We would like to resolve this situation.

      In December 2022 and January 2022 they hired us to take a load from them and they have not paid and have been providing a different script each week regarding the status. I always ask to speak with a manager and can never get anyone. They have fraudulent business practices and dont care that they dont pay companies.

      We hauled two loads for CDL 1000 Inc. The first load was booked on 3/8/2023 for $3000. The load was delivered with no damage or shortage on 3/12/2023. The invoice was sent on 3/15/2023. We booked the second load on 3/27/2023 for $800. The load was again delivered without damage or shortage on 3/27/2023 and invoice was sent on 3/29/2023. They were supposed to pay not later than 30 days, but we still have not received our payments. We contacted them several times via phone, via email, and at the beginning we were always assured we would get paid by the end of the month. But now they are ignoring our emails, calls and their mailbox is always full. I finally tried to contact their bonding company, but they are not even bonded. Investigating further, I found they are not approved by FMCSA as a broker as they promote themselves to be. They are active as a carrier with 2 trucks and 2 drivers. This company never intended to pay us and expected people to work for free. I saw complaints and reviews on this website and their same copy/paste responses to the carriers that they scammed. I just can't believe they are still in business.

      Our company was contracted to haul a load from **********, ** on 2/6/23 to Liverpool, ** on 2/7. Invoice was sent on 2/13/23 in the amount of $1300 that was agreed upon. We still have not received payment for this load. I was told that it would be paid on June 1st. Now I am being told it was sent to accounting. I am getting the run around. The company was given my ACH information months ago to send the money and still nothing.

      On December 29, 2022 transported good for CDL 1000. Reference number was load ******* and our invoice was $1,500 USD was sublitted on December 30th 2022. It is now over 5 months later on June 2nd 2023 and we have not been paid, Shipper was Covestro LLC and bill of lading was ******

      Our company (******************* Trucking) was hired to haul a load for CDL 100 inc. March 8th 2023. As of todays date, June 2nd, 2023 we have not been paid. Terms were 30 days. CDL 1000 inc. has a history of not paying carriers they contract with and at this time they will not return phone calls and/or emails. Trucking companies need to be made aware of their horrible business practices.

      We signed a contract with CDL 1000 Order # ******* for $900 plus Detention: 180 on Jan. 25, 2023 for a 30 day payout ACH deposit. I have confirmed with accounting through email that they received all of the necessary paperwork. This was not invoiced until Feb. 6 because the broker gave me the run around for an updated rate confirmation with the detention added. I have tried several times for a payment date and was given the same response other companies listed on here. It is now April 27, 2023 and I cannot get a response from anyone. The load was picked up and delivered on time and the driver was held there for 8 plus hours. I would not recommend this company to anyone because they are dishonest and clearly do not have any integrity in the business.
