    I have been receiving multiple letters per week, as in almost daily, from this company that I've never heard of and want nothing to do with. They are credit pre-approvals offering loans. I want NOTHING to do with this company, and I demand that they CEASE AND DESIST OBTAINING MY PERSONAL INFORMATION IMMEDIATELY. I want to be IMMEDIATELY REMOVED FROM THEIR DATABASE, as I have never given consent to this. I want the letters and contact of any kind to stop immediately. if they continue, I will pursue legal action against them.

    To Whom It May Concern,I am filing a formal complaint against CreditNinja regarding a loan I received with a stated APR of approximately 289% on a $500 loan. I believe this loan meets the criteria for predatory lending and violates the spiritif not the letterof fair lending ************ the time I took the loan, I was in a financially vulnerable position and urgently needed funds. I was not clearly informed of the full cost of the loan over time, nor the extreme interest rates long-term consequences. I now understand that a 289% APR far exceeds what is considered reasonable, ethical, or legal in many states. It is creating a situation where I am unable to pay down the principal, despite making payments.I am requesting that CreditNinja:Reassess the terms of this loan in light of its predatory nature,Lower the APR to a reasonable level (no more than 36%, in line with federal protections like the Military Lending Act),And/or offer a revised repayment plan that allows me to repay the original loan amount plus a fair and lawful interest amount.I am also evaluating my options with state regulators and the ************************************ should this complaint go unresolved.I am asking the BBB to assist in facilitating communication with CreditNinja to help resolve this issue fairly and avoid further *************** Info (as applicable):Loan Amount: $505 APR: ~289%Loan Number: ******* Loan Date: 06/27/2025 Due Date: 12/26/2025

    I applied for a loan this company had me add my bank account online they did an income verification approved me said the money would be deposited July 15, 2025, the money never came its now. 5pm EST still no funds I have responsibility now I cant handle my business because they deposited the funds into the wrong account.

    I took out the loan because I had obligations because of your process those obligations were not met I gain fees and frustration when things shouldve been smooth your company verified my account one would think an error would occur if things arent correct especially after you claimed to have verified everything Im asking for compensation

    I went online trying to find a loan that helps **** Eats drivers and DoorDashers. Credit Ninja said that they help Uber Eats drivers and DoorDashers, but that is false advertising. I am going to leave proof that they do not help, and something needs to be done about that. They should not be allowed to falsely advertise that they help Uber Eats drivers and DoorDashers when they really do not.

    I am rejecting this response because:I don't care what credit ninja is talking about it was false advertising but of course people don't want to admit when they're wrong so they'll try to make something up I don't accept that and it's the fact that like I explained to them **** eats drivers and doordashers we have our own cards that go to our own institutions so therefore you don't help ubereats drivers and doordashers because you don't accept our banking so that is false advertising so stop lying. And I want something done because there's no way that you guys really are sitting up here telling people that you accept doordashers and **** eats drivers when you clearly do not because you don't accept our banking so how do you help us false advertising.

    Per the attorney general, you cant charge more than 33% interest! This is 261%%This is my third loan with Credit Ninja loans and Ive paid back early each time. Yet I still have an outrageous interest rate. At least create some loyalty with your customers and lower my interest. Paying back over $800 a month a 2K loan is extortion!!!

    Called Creditninja to get address to send payoff check. I was provided address and sent check. The check was sent **** priority mail with tracking. Per tracking records, Creditninja signed for package and received it on 6/4/2025. I checked my account after a week but payoff is not reflected. Called CreditNinja and they said the check was sent to their processing **** and it can take 4 weeks to receive and process. Although, when I requested the address to send payoff they did not inform me of this. In the meantime, they said they would place my account and payments on hold. However now my account is showing past due. I went ahead and made my payment but I am getting charged interest while they have my check. Additionally Creditninja refuse to back date my payoff payment on the date they received it.

    This loan was originated on October 31, 2024. The interest rate is 199%. The maximum interest rate allowable in *********, per the Attorney General website, is 33%. I am a vulnerable adult with a medically diagnosed mental illness which prevents me from making sound financial decisions at times. The loan amount was $1500. I have repaid is $2087.52. I am asking that the balance of the loan be forgiven and considered paid in full.

    On June 6, 2025, I received two phone calls from ************ and then, a voicemail was sent to my sister-in-law. The caller claimed to be from nationwide courier service and later stated they were representing Credit Ninja regarding a debt I do not recognize.I called the number back from the voicemail left on my sister in laws phone , and during the call, the agent confirmed my last name and then proceeded to say my full Social Security number aloud without verifying my identity or confirming that I was the correct person. This is a serious violation of privacy and puts me at risk of identity theft.The caller also stated I would be served legal papers and threatened legal consequences. In addition to contacting me, the caller also contacted other members of my family, including my husbands relatives, which I consider a form of harassment.I do not have any verified or written communication about this debt. I am concerned this may be a scam or an unauthorized collection attempt. I recorded the phone call for my own protection.I am requesting help from the BBB in identifying whether this was a legitimate collection attempt or a scam, and in stopping the calls to me and my family. I would also like assurance that my personal information, including my Social Security number, will not be further shared or used improperly.I did record the phone call as well but am unable to upload.

    They claim that they gave ******** *********** which is my maiden name that i asked for ******* loan. I did NOT. I am ******** ****** i am not going to pay anything back that i did not ask for.
