On 4/05/2023, BBB contacted the business regarding their advertised products on their website. The business makes a lot of consumer and percentage claims on the website. The business should be able to provide information to back up all of the claims made about the business and services provided and basically substantiate the claims as required by BBB’s Code of Advertising.

1.2 Advertisements which are untrue, misleading,deceptive, fraudulent, falsely disparaging of competitors, or insincere offersto sell, shall not be used.
1.3 An advertisement as a whole may be misleading byimplication, although every sentence separately considered may be literallytrue.
1.4 Misrepresentation may result not only from directstatements, but by omitting or obscuring a material fact.
34. Claimed Results
Claims relating to performance, energy savings, safety,efficacy or results for a product or service should be based on recent andcompetent testing or other objective data.
On 4/05/2023 and 4/11/2023 the BBB requested additional information, however the emails for the business is a hard bounce, basically not going through. The case is closed as no contact was able to be made to the "business".
