This business charged me $46,516.39 from 5/5/2022 till 6/26/2023 to help me in a law suit I had filed in the supreme court of NY. The *** of the firm assigned me an attorney with an office in *********, **. Who pretended to be my attorney but did not even have a license to practice in the Supreme court of **, He never filed any papers in Court that he is my attorney. Never filed any motion on my behalf. How ever this attorney billed me $46,516.39 from 5/5/2022 till 6/26/2023, spending most of the time researching about my law suit. some times subcontracting with other attorneys licensed in the *********** to help him out but always billing me as if he is doing all the legal work for me. This Attorney was also using UPCOUNSEL portal where UPCOUNSEL was adding another 7% on the invoices. This practice of using UPCOUSEL had been declared illegal by ********** **************** I lost all my money and am now a plaintiff pro se. I want all these illegal charges reimbursed back to me. I had to pay $3240.00 to another law firm to get me out of scam being run by one of the associate of Tamari Law group. Total amount of money I lost is $49,756.39
