    May 2023 I retained this law firm. I didn't sign the contract but someone else signed for me. I was forwarded the signed contract. I started therapy. My vehicle was not repaired because the law firm or point of contact ****** wouldn't assist me in getting it repaired. I called and emailed and ****** kept saying he'd call back but never did. He delayed everything without help. ****** called on Wednesday Nov 15 and stated the other party who is listed as the person who caused the accident wasn't insured at the time. It took 6 months for this law firm to figure this out which is negligence on their part. I was then bullied by ****** and stated they would be using my insurance. I'm 75 and I pay Alot for insurance because of the make of my vehicle. I told him no that I didn't want to use my insurance as it would effect my monthly rates. I felt bullied as he stated you had therapy so they have to be pd. This is a contingency fee that states no money should be charged and I should have a right to use my insurance or not. I never agreed to it. I've contacted ******* at the office by ph and email and no one responds. My insurance stated they contacted them and are using my insurance despite me asking them not to. I don't want to deal with ****** because he's condescending and aggressive. The atty refuses to contact me. I don't want to use my insurance and I didn't agree that if they neglect to verify insurance within a reasonable time that I will be responsible for it. Again, the contract is pdf and I didn't sign it. They sent to someone else to sign it on my behalf. Feels like I'm being taken advantage of because I'm elderly. Please help to resolve this matter.
