I purchased a cameo and my card has been compromised since using this website. Before I was able to lock it, someone charged $1,500. *****************************. Im not sure if its someone working at the company, or theres a breach in general, but I would not trust this website. I have a few hours before the video I purchased is due. After all of this, if it doesnt come on time Ill be devastated. So many people have reported on BBB that they never received their cameo or a refund. Really bs. Such a disappointment.

This is incredibly horrible service. I put a 24 hour reservation in on the 1st of June which wasnt fulfilled. I said fine just do it in the regular time and that was not fulfilled. Then I rebooked again (which I dont know why you have to wait another 5-7 days) and that wasnt fulfilled! What is this! Now Im an entire week after my wifes birthday with the only status updates from them stating my request isnt done. Even their refund is 5-7 days! This is my first and likely last time using this service. Dont bother and definitely dont use it you want to give something special to a loved one.

I paid for a message three weeks ago with ***********************. The response time guaranteed was 24 hours. Most of the money goes to the celebrity and some goes to Cameo. There was no response. Again, it's been three weeks. I contacted Cameo and I was told that it didn't matter; that they cannot guarantee responses, even when they are guaranteed, and that they do not refund money. What sort of business practice is this? So if you order a book from Amazon and they guarantee 2-day delivery but they never send the book, they get to say too bad and then keep the money? If that's the way things work I must be in the wrong business because I thought this sort of practice was callwhat was the word? Oh yesfraud.
