    On Saturday, April 1st, I looked up a store to have my phone and my ******** Switch fixed. The store in question was a small community store in ********* Chinatown. As the name of the business implies, they fix electronics and help people send money to *****. They originally said that my phone would be ready by Monday, April 3rd. They have since been consistently been pushing back the date for me to pick up my electronics. It has been over 2 weeks (as of today April 15th) of delays and excuses and I have yet to see either my phone or my ******** Switch (with 2 pairs of joycons). It has gotten to the point where I am starting to suspect theft of my property and fraudulent business practices. At best, the business is run poorly and incompetently. At worst, I suspect that they may be trying to sell my electronics elsewhere or selling them for parts. My suspicions are not completely unfounded. Even though they have a respectable 3.5 star rating on ******* reading some of the reviews reveals that other customers have been/felt swindled by this business. There are reviews describing the business as a "black shop" or a "shameless store" and they go into detail of how they would send hundreds of their hard earned dollars to ***** only for their money to never reach ***** at all. Every time I visit the store, there are at least 2 angry customers cursing out the employee in *******. At best, the people running the store are incompetent. At worst, they are fraudulent. The BBB should look into the business in either event. My desired resolution would be to simply have my electronics returned to me in whatever state they may be in. If my electronics cannot be located, then I would like the business to compensate me for the electronics lost (approximately $400-$500 in value). So far, I have only paid the store a total of $20 just to look at my electronics.

    we received this customer for repair phone and 1 of ******** Switch ,  finally . we return ******** switch for customer , and phone have been fixed , $20 is for check up fee , . sofar , this case already finished . customer already got his device and paid for service
