    Gohealth is running an advertisement in which the spokesperson stated that "the government has recently announced that as many as 12 million people may be eligible for additional benefits." I have called Gohealth repeatedly to ask for verification of or a link to said government announcement. The people answering the phone refuse to provide any proof of that 'government announcement' and hang up. They appear to be providing a false statement.

    I am rejecting this response because: 1) ************** commercial refers to a 'government announcement,' which is intended to imply that a particular department or spokesperson has issues a written and/or verbal communication to the media or via, for example a 'public service announcement.' In fact, GoHealth still has not provided any evidence of such an announcement, instead referring to a report that was issued by the government. 2) The actor in the commercial indicates that this non-existent 'announcement' is recent, when in fact the report being referred to is at least 3 years old.

    Hi again, Centers for ******** Services is run by the federal government and is strict on the advertisements that are allowed to be run. In accordance to ********'s guidelines and federal requirements, we have gotten this advertisement in question approved by ******** and with data provided by ******** themselves.     I am rejecting this response for the same reasons as previously stated. The respondent continues to refuse to address my concerns about the deliberately misleading wording, which could easily be remedied if they chose to do so.

    Instead, the respondent basically is stating that 'As long as the government allows us to run misleading advertisement, we will continue to do so.'

    The essence of ethical behavior is to avoid dishonest actions - NOT to see how close one can come to dishonesty without crossing the line.

    I continue to get solicitations via the mail to inquire about a ******** plan notice for *****************, ********. I moved from there 2 1/2 years ago. Despite repeated calls and requests to be removed from this mailing list as it no longer pertains to me I continue to get mail. Please, please, get them to stop contacting me.

    I keep receiving mail about ******** plans from GoHealth even though I called them to tell them I am no where near ******** age. When I called them I was told by a representative that my name would be removed from their contact list but evidently it hasn't. I want all contact from GoHealth to cease since their service doesn't apply to me. Thank you.

    This has not been the first time GoHealth has told me they were going to remove me from their mailing list (some time ago) but obviously didn't for me to receive more mail from them. I very warily accept their response today but if this continues I will not only be filing a complaint with the BBB again in the future but I will also be contacting the State ************************* to file a complaint with them as well.

    12/4/2022 I'm tired of getting scam calls from Go Health and their contracted callers from *****. Do something about it because their employees absolutely refuse to.

    These people call my 86 year old grandmother CONSTANTLY on a daily basis. I'm talking 10 calls a day at times! It tears her nerves all to pieces. My ******* both have told them to stop calling. We have done everything but change her phone number which she does ot want to do. It's absolutely absurd at the phone harassment that continues to an elderly woman even after she has said stop calling. If there is a number to call to HONESTLY have her name taken off whatever list it is then I need it immediately. We tried being polite, hateful, rude & downright ugly after the 10th time in a ********** of it works. PLEASE STOP

    This company continues to send these cards to my house. They are addressed to my DEAD ex wife, who died in 2017. I've called multiple times, one was from last month, as you can see from the date I wrote on the card. I've asked for her name and my address to be taken out of their database, but they continue to send these cards. I feel it's harassment and attempted fraud. Are they selling her name and my address to the *** for their voter base? If not! Why are they unwilling to remove her name and my address? Please help me with this harassment. Thank You

    I received physical cards in the mail from GoHealth soliciting ******** additional benefits. I filled BBB complaint #******** 10/27/2021. They said they would take me off their mailing lists. Yet I am receiving cards again in 2022. As I stated before I did NOT request this information from them. I do NOT want their physical cards in the mail. They cannot just keep harassing me year after year. This organization, as state on the card, is NOT endorsed by the government. It is a waste of resources to continually send me these cards. I do NOT want to receive these cards year after year. PERMANENTLY remove me from any physical mail or any contact list.

    GoHealth continues to call me multiple times a week. I have asked to be removed from their call list but continue to receive calls. The company keeps calling me looking for different people and I am not the age for their services. The company seems to be calling random numbers to take advantage of elderly people with their services.
