    F3 has revolutionized the way our business works with Toast. Over the years, Toast has become a large and unwieldy product, especially for restaurant groups with many locations.When I initially started working with the multi-location restaurant group that currently employs me, our stewardship of Toast was very poor. Everything was done by relatively low-tech GMs and Chefs, and to put it lightly, it was a complete mess. It seemed like a nearly impossible task to standardize our menu, reporting, and other configuration practices in Toast, which was essential in order to continue growing our business.Partnering with F3 has made this behemoth task incredibly easier. Over the past couple of years, we've employed F3 to:- Assist with menu updates and unification across our restaurants - Provide an ongoing Toast service/help desk for all of our restaurants - Install and train our teams on use of Toast's Kitchen Display Screen system to replace printed tickets - Install and maintain failover internet networks at each location to keep Toast running in case of an ISP outage or failure Each of these services have been incredibly valuable for our business. Our account manager, *****, makes org-wide menu changes a breeze. I would estimate that our restaurant AND administrative teams spend 20% the amount of time we used to have to spend on org-wide menu changes. She also ensures we feel confident 24 hours a day that our on-premise restaurant teams are supported in all matters pertaining to Toast. ***** also hosts regular meetings with our admin and restaurant teams to ensure our partnership is always advancing our business's needs.F3's IT specialists are excellent, both with the support/help desk and with hardware installation, training, and internet network monitoring. We've had particular success their team member ****.I can't really recommend F3 enough. They've provided so much peace and security in a realm that was previously a disaster/headache.

    We brought ******* into our restaurant group back in 2021, initially just to help install our POS equipment.
