  They are selling a service you dont need. Go to the government (.gov) website and do it yourself. ******* sent me a very official-looking email reminder that my global entry was expiring. Their website looks almost identical to the real one. They charge you $159 (on my credit card) to file it for me. Then there is the $100 fee for Global Entry, after they submit it. I unfortunately didnt realize what Id done until I went to the real site to see if I was pending. I was not. Then I returned to this fake website and read all the fine print. They do offer refunds. I emailed them 3 times in 24 hours because I was very nervous about getting my money back, as well as having my identity stolen. I had the money credited to my card within 27 hours of my first email. Here is a partial reply: .I have refunded your payment as requested and deleted ALL of the information contained in your application form from our database. (We retain your email address and name for our tax records.) We are bound by law to provide privacy and security for all data received. Please check out the Privacy Policy on our website, where we clearly explain how we protect your data and how it is deleted from our database. No further action is required on your partTo be safe, I signed up with a credit monitoring company, and Im checking my credit card and banking balances daily. Dont make the same mistake as me.

  Thank you for your inquiry. Firstly, you were refunded the day you asked for your refund. Secondly, and more alarmingly, you failed to read about how the Global Entry program works. Our website is not fraudulent!! We provide a third-party service for Trusted Traveler application form filing. Our company has been in business since January 2014. We make no secret of who we are or what we provide. Every page of our site contains a disclaimer which says - we are not the government etc. I have attached a screenshot from the site where you bought your application service - you can clearly see the disclaimer. On the application which you filled out for each family member you had to check a box that said you had understood the terms of service - you cannot submit the form without it. Finally, I want to reassure you that all of your personal data has been deleted in line with our privacy policy. It's very easy for people to accuse legitimate services of being a 'scam' or fraudulent, not one single complainant on BBB or elsewhere has ever shown us that their data was stolen and used fraudulently because it never is. We simply fill out the Trusted Traveler applications and delete the applications after. We could not have stayed in business for this long with a visible business profile on BBB if we were stealing data from the hundreds of applicants, we get every day. I hope that this allays your concerns.
