    I booked the hotel for my family on Oct 27 and they cannot make it due to health issues. The morning after I made the reservation, Oct 28, I learned that my family couldn't come, so I immediately contacted the hotel through email and asked if there was any chance for me to get a refund since it was an unpredictable accident. Later that day learned that I could not cancel this appointment. I accepted that and decided to make a change of date so that at least I could make good use of the money spent, since I earned the money during my spare time at college and I dont want to waste it. The original date I booked was from Nov 22 - Nov 26 this year and I sent a request that I want to change it to Feb 12 - Feb 15 next year, I issued the request on Oct 28, and the hotel turned me down. The reason used was guest reservation is already past the check-in and check-out dates, therefore they cannot make any changes to the booking, which was confusing since I hadnt checked in or checked out. I thought this was because the change was too much, though it advertised that this appointment should be flexible to reschedule if plans change. So I change the date to Dec 25 - Dec 29 and sent my second request. The hotel finally responded that they could not deal with it and suggested I should contact Booking.com directly. I called Booking on November 1st, and they confirmed that my request was reasonable. As a result of our conversation, ************************ sent an email to the hotel regarding the problem and request and said that the response would be sent to my email. On Nov 5, I received an email from Booking.com, indicating that after several attempts of contacting the hotel, they had received no response at all and they wished me a good day.I believe it is pointless to waste any time on this problem. I paid 672 dollars in total, and I would like to cancel the reservation I made and have my money back.(order number: **********, pin *****
