On 9/28/22 a referred HVAC contractor came to my house and offered a quote to me for $6000 to install a new furnace and air conditioner. He said I would need to pay him upfront and he would install it in two days. I questioned it and he told me that's how he does business. I was freezing so I agreed to it. They delivered the equipment the next day. It then sat in my family room for two weeks as it was excuse after excuse. He also said my house is not warm in the winter or cool in the summer because I needed new floor registers. Another $300. I wanted to correct the problem so I purchased the installation. He started cutting into my floors and told me there would be a gap from the baseboards. When I told him he needs to fix the damage he started screaming at me. When he cut my living room floor he cut into some wires and blew out my electric. He kept sending his employees that were not qualified to fix the damage he had done and it continued to get worse. I had no electricity for four days. One guy got my lights to work but then my electrical outlets did not work. I ended up calling a certified electrician to fix everything and told him he was going to have to pay for it. I was lied to, screamed at and talked to inappropriately. On 10/12/22 he sent another HVAC company to install my furnace. These people broke my light fixture in my crawlspace and did not complete the venting, as the electrician had told me. He said I was breathing in the air from the crawlspace. Now I had to fight to get that fixed. On 10/19/22 they came back to install the Air Conditioner. However, they had to come back on 10/24/22 to complete the charge. I kept asking for a refund so that I could go elsewhere, but he refused to give it to me. Its been a horrible nightmare. I want to have it inspected, as I am not comfortable with their work. He is a very shady man. I have tried calling him but he wont return any of my calls. I left a message regarding my warranties, but he will not respond.
