              CAM Medical refuses to acknowledge payment that they've received from my healthcare provider.On May 24 2021 I used Cam Medical for a health appt. I was billed $32.15 after insurace. Within a week of receving the billing, I paid thru my healthcare provider, Aetna. On June 4 CAM Medical cashed the check from Aetna. CAM Medical continued to send me bills and email reminders saying that the payment was unpaid. On September 15 I sent proof of payment via email, requesting proof of receipt. On September 17 I called again, speaking to ******* at the ****** office location *************) and re-sent the email requesting written proof of receipt. While ******* gave me verbal confirmation, no proof of receipt was sent. I've now called a third time and no one will talk to me. I'm out of ideas heer and any help would be much appreciated. They were unwilling to contact Aetna themselves and have made zero effort to fix this.CAM Med acct# - ********** Attn: ******

              My prescription was denied when a pharmacy contacted a nurse for a refill.. Mind you it's a prescribe prescription of a diagnosis I have been taking for two years! Because I had no yearly or regular health follow up outside my prescribed medicine!
