I contacted Peter Flooring in March of 2022 to install hardwood floors in my condo as part of a job from an insurance claim. After extensive delays and a total lack of communication on their part, the project was finally completed in September of 2022.Once I realized the floors had not been installed correctly, I contacted them again. The floors bubble and wobble, making walking on them difficult. This is a hazard, especially as a person with disabilities. Additionally, the threshold they installed has completely come off.After a great effort on my part, the business owner, Peter ********, came out to inspect the floors in January 2023. He verbally agreed to fix the floors and took photos of the affected areas.It is now March 2023 and I have been ghosted again by this company. The amount of effort I have put into trying to work with them is beyond any reasonable expectation of my duty as a ******************************* ******** does not stand by his word to have his staff show up to work on the agreed upon dates, provides excuse after excuse, and then ghosts his customers.I just want them to fix my floors which I have paid for in full. This project, which should have taken weeks, has taken a year. This is delaying the rest of the job, which I cannot hire for until he has delivered on his word to fix my floors.
