    I placed an online order on 2/15/2025 at the TGIN website (order #****) for $64.48. I used two of the products, which made my hair hard/dull. I sent an email to the company on 3/10/25 *************************************************** asking for a refund. However, I didn't get a response.I sent another email on 3/25/2025 to the same address. The second email was 3/26/2025 which only included the return policy. On the 26th, I asked about a return label. On 3/27/2025, I received an email stating "You can get the return label from the shipping company of your choice." Also on this day, I replied asking where do I need to send the items. However, I got a replied on 3/28/2025 with the return policy and no information about the address for the return or anything else.

    After thoroughly reviewing your complaint, we have confirmed that the first communication received was on March 25, 2025, requesting a return for the products. On March 26, 2025, we promptly provided the return policy and return address as requested. Following this, we received several follow-up inquiries regarding the return address, which was shared with you on three separate occasions.

    We also notified you that once we receive the return, we will process a refund for the returned items. As of today, April 8, 2025, the return is on its way back to us.

    Thank you for sharing your experience, and we hope this clarifies the situation and resolves your concerns. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.

    I ordered for Black Friday on 11/24. Almost a month later and my package never came. The tracking information said only a label had been created, and it never shipped. I reached out to TGIN before Christmas to resolve this and they conveniently waited until after to respond. TGIN stated they filed a claim with *** because they said upon investigating my lost order they found that *** was at fault. I want proof of TGINs correspondence with *** that states the blame should fall on ***, not TGIN. I have requested proof in the past several emails with TGIN and they refuse to acknowledge my request.They have refunded me for the package but that is not enough for how horrible Ive been inconvenienced and treated. I initially wanted the products I ordered and a full refund for my inconvenience. However, now I just want proof *** was at fault.
