    02-14-2024 I purchased a Valentine **** for Mrs. ************* in ******* for the amount of $170.75 I was told that it would take "1-3 days" for delivery. There is no contact phone number. I had sent text messages online and submitted my order number. Then I was given a fraudulent email stating that my order "was delivered". I called Mrs. ***** and she told me that she had not received it. She made a statement that I was lying to her and was being cheap for not sending a valentine **** and that put tremendous strain on the relationship. I texted online and requested a refund. I was told that it would take "7 to 14 business days" and as of today I still have not received the funds. "Gift Basket Deluxe" has essentially stolen money from me fraudulently in the form of embezzlement through this scam of illegit business. I am asking for a swift return of my funds and charge them with theft and punish this company for causing relationship problems whereas they falsely advertise strengthening relationship thru the use of their fraudulent company. My order number is on the attachment as well as my communication regarding their fraudulent statement that my items purchased were delivered. You may contact my recipient and inquire if she had received it. I would like the return of my funds of $170.75 along with an $200.00 penalty for causing stain on the relationship and for their devious mischievous scam. I would also like to charge them with theft and wire fraud. I would like all other customers to know that do not do business with this company since they do not offer a direct number to talk to representatives and their address is a false address, look on ****** maps ( **************************************************). This kind of company should not be in business.
