  The assumption were it could be a crack in the foundation wall. I hired Pandas Brand LLC to help me find the root cause foundation crack/leak without speculation. Mr. ******* opened the front wall 4' x 12'. We found a lead pipe water that ran up from the floor to the outside water hose. The lead pipe was sweating for three days, on the third day it developed a pin hole leak in the pipe. Mr. ******* stated that he could not move forward until the leak is repaired. He referral (plumber) was too expensive to repair the small job.I told Mr. ******* several times this was not the main problem and that we had to continue with the leak investigation. I could not determine if the leak was caused by the radiator or the rain because the wet tile on the front left side.The left side wall had paneling and I asked ******* to continue to investigate to find the major leak, but Mr. ******* wanted the water pipe repaired and to use his Crack-Pac Sealer product, and closed up the wall to finish the **********. ******* finally agreed to come back the next day to continue with the investigation to find the leak. Mr. ******* was scheduled to show up at noon, at 12:30 pm I called him. He told me he was already on the westside finishing another job, no worries he will be there in 15 minutes but he never showed up. Two weeks later he called me and I told him I had already found the major leak. After removing the paneling, peeling back the plastic barrier, installation and making a small opening in the ceiling tile, I found the radiator pipe had rusted out at the elbow joint causing water to run down the wall onto the basement floor. After the repairs were done, there was no leak in the foundation walls or rain water seeping in from around the building to use the product (Crack-Pac ******************* had purchased. I'm asked Mr. ******* to return the product and refund me $200.00 dollar and he could keep the $150.00.Sincerely,Mr. ******

  Russell Walker was given the approval to do work in my backyard area ( install a fence, repair a garage plus door, lay concrete, etc) Russell and I had a conversation and agreement on items to be improved. Russell gave an invoice for his price and informed me he would need 50% of the payment. I gave 50% payment for the task and Russell completed maybe 20% of what needed to be done and DISAPPEARED!!!! I emailed,called, texted and no response. After 2 weeks of trying to contact him he responded and we met to discuss I wanted my money back for work incomplete. He agreed and stated he had to review his notes, data on invoice and he will get back with me. Russell took merchandise that was purchased out my garage , left my yard and other areas a MESS!!!!. The man never returned and kept my money and merchandise I paid for..The address listed for the business is a home that looks vacant. He has no electrical tools, no workers ( one man show). I would not recommend him to do ANY work of any sort!!! So, Russell somewhere with my funds living his best guilty life . RUSSELL I WANT MY MONEY!!!!
