    SCAM! DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THEM. I received a piece of mail from this company that looked like a check. The letter said my home warranty was expiring but did not say anything about who this company was. They are NOT affiliated with your mortgage company at all even though your mortgage company may be written on the letter. Don't be fooled. I called and talked to a call center and asked them what company I am speaking with. This was the only way I was able to find out that the letter was from Sprout Home Warranty. Very deceptive and sneaky.

    This company sends out deceptive letters. The letter is made to look like a check and then on the inside has no indication of what company it is affiliated with. It says last chance to continue your home coverage and looks like an official letter. I called just to see what company this was because I think this could be preying on vulnerable people.
