Dropped off my daughters 3** XL on November 13th. They said about 3 to 4 days. We gave them plenty of time to fix it. I called on the 19th to find out status. They said they were waiting for parts. I called again November 29th. They said they thought it was ready but would call back if it wasn't. No call back. December 1st we went to pick it up and they said they were so sorry it was not done. We called December 6th and they said it was done. I told them we'd be there around 6 to 6:30 on the next day December 7th. When we showed up I was given the excuse that "we've had a lot of break ins and it's locked in the safe. My brother is the only one that can open the safe can you come back tomorrow morning. " I explained we live an hour away and my daughter has school. He said he'd bring it to us the next day (today). I told him we would be in the area until 10pm and if he gets into the safe I would pick it up. He claimed he would call me. No phone call. I took my daughter out of school for a dr **** this morning and made the drive there. The store was closed. When I called I was told he was picking up stuff from fed ex and would be there in 20 minutes. He asked if he could help us and we told him who we were. He said "I'm so sorry I brought the 3ds home with me last night. I will meet you tonight at speedway in ******** between 5 and 530. I apologize ". At this point I don't believe they have my daughters ** anymore because he told us he could not get in the safe then it miraculously was taken to his house last night. If he couldn't get into the safe how could he take it to his house? We want the ** back even if it's not repaired. I have the work order slip with the serial number.
