BUYER BEWARE!! Before making any purchases at this store, read all the negative reviews first (here and other review sites)!Don't get suckered by "positive" online reviews. I wish I had done this, but because I had made several ***** purchases for multiple properties over the last 20 years, it never crossed my mind to read current reviews. Unfortunately, I wrongly assumed the positive experience of past purchases (when ***** was truly still a family company with actual Warner family members still working there) would be the same for my last purchase. In this post I intended to summarize the TERRIBLE experience I had (outside of the normal pandemic supply chain issues), but my experience has already been outlined in detail by other reviewers. It's like a bad recurring nightmare! I could have literally just copy & pasted the others negative reviews and simply change the date.????In an effort to keep others from making the same mistake, just know the reasonable pricing, friendly sales person, and ******* Park location will definitely NOT be worth it if there are furniture defects, shipping delays, missed deadlines, etc. However, if you do take the risk, below are some helpful tips. Good luck... you'll need it!!1. They offer a lot of *************************** furniture that you can ****** where to buy from or you can just go on the ** website and see other local furniture stores that you can purchase the same pieces from and get way better service. Plus most stores will price match.2. If you receive an email from "accounting" with no signature or contact details, it's most likely from the "head of accounting," ***********************. She is also President of the company. It's very telling that she doesn't disclose this, nor does she sign her emails. Why go incognito when you head up a company? What do you have to hide? Once you speak with her, you'll definitely see why ***** has completely gone down as she is extremely rude & aggressive and severely lacks any customer service.
