      Very sketchy business practices not very transparent with the extra fees they ******** charged $500 extra Because in a very small print on a contract, they send you to Sign via email which should already be a red flag every legit companies that are not trying to hide extra fees dont make you sign a contract but thats the way this company hide the extra fees they send you a email with Big bold letters, and numbers of the price that you agreed on with a representative of the company through the phone and in very small print they put that You are giving them permission to add extra charges, and then they make up extra charges to charge you more than the agreed total theres plenty of reviews of this happening to other customers if you look them up on yelp and other Sites

      My *********** wanted to update our Family Room with new seating, **************** to better fit our growing family. We ****************** Furniture.Com and after configuring the size *************** that we wanted, we placed our order thru ***************** in *******. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what size Booths would best suit our needs & family size. We ended up ordering two 36" X 72" 6 Channel Back Booths in Black Vinyl along with two Reversible Oak / Walnut Table Tops 30" X 72" with four X - Prong Table Bases. True to his word, after six-weeks, our custom-made Booths arrived and are very comfortable ... talk about a "WOW" factor! The tables took a bit longer, coming from a company out of ******* but, it was well worth the wait! Thank you ********************* for keeping us updated! After having had a new floor installed, the Booths and Tables brought the once dull & drab family area into a Family room to be proud of and "show-off" worthy! Thank you so much Restaurant Furniture.Com for having such a great **************** team and for a wonderful company not only restaurants but, for private homeowners to enjoy this unique style for family dining at home, especially during the Holiday seasons with the kids and grandkids!

      Purchased a custom made bench for my personal domicile. This company usually works with restaurant businesses. When working with an individuals home, mostly the issues arise around the shipping and free service here. They had aPurchased a custom made bench for my personal domicile. This company usually works with restaurant businesses. When working with an individuals home, mostly the issues arise around the shipping and freight servicer. They had a bunch of tacked on extra fees for delivering to a home that are pretty unrealistic when compared to the amount of work is on par with delivering to a commercial location. I notified Restaurant-furniture.com of my displeasure and receiving surprise building charges related to shipping. They worked with me to refund half of the surcharge, which I found acceptable. There was also *** error on the mockup design which I caught before finalization, so pay attention to your contract as you would with any business. Overall, the company was easy to work with, the replies do take several days to get back, but if youre not in any urgency, this was an overall positive experience.

      Thank you for taking the time to provide us with a positive review.  I am sorry about the extra fees however that is required by the third party carrier in which we have no control over.  I wish you many years of happiness with the custom bench!

      I purchased two beautiful booths and a table. I received them a few weeks before the initial delivery estimate. There was an issue with one of the booths but **** at Restaurant Furniture worked with me and gave me a partial refund so I could make the small repair. It did take a little while to get the funds but all in all was a great experience and I recommend them. And FYI, the Saddle vinyl is gorgeous. The pic online doesnt give it justice.
