              Date of Transaction - November 29, 2021 Order Number - Order # DWR7215963 Additional reference: S030908 Issues - partial order not delivered Item #1 = Gather Table Item #2 = Plinth Side Table (Tall)I have reached out to DWR a dozen times to inquire about the two items that still have not been scheduled for delivery even though they are in stock. All customer service reps have taken down notes on the order and told us that they would follow up. I have not heard from anyone since. This is an order placed in November of 2021 - the 2 items were both delivered to the warehouse in Jan 2022/May 2022 - I am utterly frustrated by the fact that no one at DWR seems to be capable of solving the issue and no one at DWR seems to care. Please provide a resolution to me as soon as possible so I can receive these two items.

              As evident by the last review, this business prefers to ignore reviews and its customers instead of managing their online reputation professionally. I purchased an Eames chair for over 7k and two years later the chair is peeling on the leather where it keeps it bound together. I contacted the store thinking they would of course back their product but they said its not covered under warranty and I can contact a third party repair center. This was obviously an unacceptable response and not one Ive ever been given on a high end furniture purchase. I will be opening a complaint with the BBB and have already contacted my attorney. BUYER BEWARE. Purchase your products elsewhere. This store clearly doesnt care about its customers.
