      I bought this Philadelphia cream cheese in December from Acme and didn't open until last week. I used 1/3 of it and when I went to transfer the rest of it a couple days later found this mold growing on the opposite end. Never saw anything like this. Disgusting and can not find any place on Kraft website to report this. I hope this is not a widespread problem and making the public sick. No one available to answer phone at Kraft on the weekend which seems like a public health problem!!

      I tried to complaint directly on the KaftHeinz Website but the site didn't allowed me saying that there were some instability in the website and some functions were not working, unbelivable that there is only an online option do complain and it does not work. The main complaint is: On 02/Feb/2024 I opened a jar of Classico (*******************************) ******* & roasted garlic and I poured some in my meal, as soon as I poured I noticed a strange smell, but I could not notice anything in the sauce, than looked to the lid and I noticed a BIG mold there, the expiration date is ****. (Complete label information: BB/MA **** FE 18 **** XFT ****). After that I decided to use another sauce that I have bought as well from Classic, this time the Four cheese *******, and for my surprise it contained mold AGAIN!!!! (complete label info: BB/ MA **** MR 04 **** XFT 1034).THIS IS DISGUSTING AND UNACCEPTABLE. How a company at this size does not have a proper contamination control? To have the same problem with 2 different products means a contamination in the line that was not resolved.Product acquired at: ************************ **************************************************

      I purchased the 3 pack of turkey bacon from **** Club and upon opening one of the packages there was some type of substance on the bacon.I thought it was some type of fat from the bacon, but after cooking it the substance turned into a plastic type substance. The lb of bacon was disposed of and the subsequent package was fine.

      Hello,I purchased a 1kg jar of smooth Kraft peanut butter from my local ******* this January (****). When I removed the plastic lid at home, it revealed that there was no foil seal on the jar at all. The product seemed to be tampered with as it was all over the plastic lid and dried up at the top. The best before date is June 17, **** but we will not be consuming this peanut butter. We are very loyal customers of Kraft and would like to be reimbursed or sent a replacement please!

      Last week I bought a bag of Oreida potatoes ********. There was not one piece of pepper or onion in it. Not one. Simply a bag of frozen diced potatoes.       Le 19 janvier ****, j'ai achet un bloc de fromage la crme Philadelphia Original 250g.Le 20 janvier ****, j'ai observ des crotes jaunes sur le fromage. D'ailleurs, j'ai t choque de constater que le bloc ne pesait en ralit que 240g. Selon l'article 221b) de la Loi sur la protection du consommateur, aucun fabricant ne peut faussement, par quelque moyen que ce soit, attribuer un bien une dimension, un poids, une mesure ou un volume. Conformment l'article 272 de la LPC, je demande le remboursement du produit (5,49 $). titre de dommages-intrts, je demande la somme de 100,00 $ car je n'ai pas pu faire le glaage du gteau aux carottes que je prparais pour les 65 ans ma mre. Je rclame aussi 1 000,00 $ en dommages-intrts punitifs pour fausses reprsentations relativement au poids du bloc de fromage.Par consquent, vous tes formellement en demeure de me faire parvenir un chque l'ordre de ************************************************** au montant de 1 105,49 $ dans les dix (10) jours de la prsente.       I have been buying the Smart Ones products for many years and have never had an issue until now. Recently, the Smart Ones Ham and Cheese scramble has been mostly or all potato with no egg. I have purchased this product before and it is usually 95% egg with a couple potatoes, even the picture on the packaging shows that it is supposed to be mostly egg . So to receive packages with little to no egg is disappointing because the Smart Ones products are supposed to make it easy to watch your calories and if the product is coming all potato, I know for a fact that the calories are wrong as well as the macros. For someone who is trying to lose weight, this discrepancy in calories/macros is very important, especially when each meal costs almost $3. I have had a total of 4 meals with this issue of the missing eggs/extra potatoes. I don't even want to continue buying the product if this is going to continue to be an issue. I have attached pictures of the meals I have received as well as one of what the product is supposed to look like.

      I purchased a pack of jello pudding and it got me real sick had mold in the pudding I contacted the company several times on this matter and gave them proff of the product with the mold and requested that they compensate me for 3 days of work that took off due to the sickness and and requested them to pay my med expense as well as the rental car that I rented to see family before getting sick could not see family and couldnt cancel the rental this all happ between December 18 thru the 30 and no compensation has been offered after I gave them all the information needed to complete this case the rental was $180 600$ for 3 days of work missed due to my hourly pay of $25 an hour and 200$ medical 16 in medicine total $1000 in compensation
