Transaction occurred on June 9th, 2025 at 7:32pm. I placed an order for food at ******* Blues in *****, ********. I googled food near me, chose ******* Blues, and clicked the Order Pickup option from their business profile on ******. I chose BringMeThat out of the ordering options because it showed the shortest ready time, placed my order, and after waiting 20 minutes went to the restaurant to receive the food that I had ordered and PAID FOR ALREADY through BRINGMETHAT - the restaurant told me they never received my pickup order and they never received my payment. They called their Director of Operations who quickly told me I got scammed and they will be working to REMOVE BRINGMETHAT as an option to order food from their restaurant because they never heard of that company and never approved them as a third party vendor option. I have been emailing BRINGMETHATs customer service and finance department, and they are denying any request to refund. I agreed to their terms of service where I would RECEIVE MY FOOD through their ordering system, but I never received the food I THOUGHT I was paying for. The restaurant again confirmed to me that they DO NOT use this company, and BRINGMETHAT claims the order was processed and successful. No, it was not, and I am to this day fighting to get back the $120.86 I was SCAMMED OUT OF. My order total WITH the service fee included showed $72.54 - they also charged me $48.32 MORE than I AGREED TO WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT.Initial Complaint

I placed an order through Bring Me That on 2/15 for a local restaurant. When I showed up to the restaurant they were unaware of my order and had never heard of the online company - they dont even take online orders. I reached out to the company and they have claimed over ands over again after months between emails that the company verified and confirmed the order and I received my food. We had to replace an order in the restaurant and had to repay for what I ordered. We were never refunded and out all the money. This company is a SCAM!!!Initial Complaint

They took orders on behalf of a restaurant that was *******. They charged over $10 more than the actual cost but also provided a fake credit card to the restaurant which was declined leaving me out of the $36.06 and the restaurant without money for the order they made. Which is theft. A complaint got filed for a chargeback but the company seemingly falsified proof that the order was completed which was not true. The company then denies any issue and continues to claim no wrongdoing doing. Based on all the complaints that are all the same it would seem the operation is a organized scam taking advantage of small restaurants and defrauding consumers of they money.Initial Complaint

5/20/2025 $36.26 had to pay twice as this company did not do what they were supposed to do.can and will provide documentation and a lawyer if need be.I have reached out to the company who will not refund me.Initial Complaint

I have attempted to dispute the charge on my credit card for this order. The total on the email (attached) receipt is $108.71. The total on the paper receipt (also attached) is $94.29 and I gave a $19 tip which totals out to $113.29, but my credit card was charged $165.70 (charge details attached). I am not sure where the extra charges came from, but I did not agree to them. Please credit the difference between $165.70 and $113.29, which is $52.41 back to my card. Bring Me That has responded to emails, and have provided the following response:"Thank you for reaching out to us. We understand your concern regarding the pricing discrepancy between the receipt you received from the restaurant and your order confirmation from BMT.Please note that the total cost on Bring Me That includes the restaurants pricing, along with our service fee. While we strive to keep prices up to date, occasional differences may occur due to restaurant updates, taxes, or additional fees charged directly by the restaurant. Placed an order for New England House of Pizza on 5/21/25, and the total came to about $68 - didn't think anything of it, assumed I was placing an order through the pizza place. Got a confirmation email for $56 but was charged more. And also had a notification that there was an additional $80 charge but that seemed to fall off. When I arrived to the restaurant, the total was $48 and I needed to sign the slip and it showed a CC number that was not ours. So we paid nearly $20 more and they will not respond via chat or email. ***** place stated they have never heard of this company, and have their own ordering system on their website.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with *** at about ********************************************************************************** shortly when I could pick up my food, something seemed off about the whole thing , so I called the pizza place , they then informed me that they have never had online ordering available and that I had been scammed , this *** then charged my bank account ***** dollars , it went form a fraudulent charge of *****? Two weeks later I got a response from them stating that it was a service fee , besides them not having a **** thing to do with the pizza place they charged me more than I even agreed too.I want my money back and these people to be shut down before they do more scams on people ..Initial Complaint

Online ordering company, bring me That, **** Our business isnt associated with them at all. They are using our business name and posting fraudulent pictures and prices and charging unsuspecting customers . They dont deliver the items ordered and charge extra fees on top of everything. On 4/27/25 i ordered food online through ************************ my food order was $46.00 after fees and tax it was $56. THAT is the price I agreed to when i placed the order. My bank was charged $72! I attempted to reach the company through live chat with no response and through email with no response. I did not approve the price that was charged, it is no where in the email or confirmation text or anything.
