      I have been using many years; initially with limited functionality as a free membership. Then, I joined their premium membership. I can't claim to know their site inside out as I have been focused mainly on Canadian stocks. Lately I have been able dedicating more time to my trading. Every day I discover something new that could have made it easier for me! Had I watched their tutorial videos, I would have made it easier for myself way earlier! Lately, I have used their stock screeners and added a couple of extra filters to customize it to my needs. Lately, I have talked the free trial of other renowned stock research site. Soon I find that they have nothing more to offer than Barchart; some with limited # of stocks to research, some with no or very limited coverage to Canadian stocks and some with limited # of recommended stocks. I suggest watching Barchart tutorial videos and you will likely find what you're looking for, several times I reached to their customer service for help to refine my stock screeners. Every single time, they responded within minutes (during business hours) along with screen shots. I couple of times, what I was looking for was not doable. Their rep ******** said that he's forwarding my question to their team to look into adding the functionality later. He actually sent me an email later to offer a possible alternative. This by itself shows me that simply ... THEY CARE :-)They have many very informative videos that will teach you far better that the trader who have video on ******* who claim to have indicators that never fail. I suggest watching Barchart credible videos instead. I sure trust them way more. I highly recommend Barchart. Watch their tutorials before you consider another site.

      They make it impossible to contact customer support by phone. Their phone number on the credit card bill is only a recording. And, it's extremely difficult to find where they have billed your account. And, they will continually renew your charges. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company to try to get a refund for latest, yearly bill, that is now "Pending".
