    On 05.01.2025 I reached out to them for assistance with a pay advance loan, to find that their practices do questionable things for you to acquire the loan. They put money into your account to have you in return send those dollars back to them through cash app or Venmo. When I chose to cancel my request they told me there would be a cancellation fee of over $600 dollars charged to my account. This is happening without a signed contract on file, Do I feel ignorant and taken advantage of Yes, but I do not wish for any other Senior citizens or individuals period to be scammed by this company.

    February 11, 2025 My name is ******* ** Address: ************************************ Tel# ************ Re: Complain about Wave Finances, LLC At: ************************************ I have worked with loan officer ******* *****, tel # ************ at Wave, a loan company, in Oct 2024, he asked me to charge 3 different borrowers debit cards about $2,225 into my own ****** debit card, then in January 2025, the 3 borrower banks took back all the money from my ****** account $2,225 which caused my ****** account has a negative balance of $2,225, ****** called me every day to demand me to pay back this amount to, I talked to ******* ***** to send money to ****** to clear my account which has negative balance, he promised to take care this problem for me many times, but has not done so after many reminders, ******* left work many weeks now without helping me, then I texted his manager, ****** ******* at tel # ************ to please assign someone to work with me to clear the negative balance in my ****** account, but nothing was done since Jan 2025 even though I often reminded them to do. ****** asked me to pay this $2,225, but **** has responsibility to pay this amount back to ******, not me This purpose of this complain is to inform **** quickly pay to ****** $2,225 for me, so ****** will take my name out of this debt which is not my debt to ******, but it is Wave Finances debt to ******

    On August ******* I contacted this company "WAVE-FINANCES " about a loan. A man named ****** called.The phone number however came in from a "*****************". The "******" *** had asked me to verify my bank account information. He told me to go to a store using bitcoin ,as he would deposit $1021 in my account. He said it was temporary to verify that the account was mines. Afterwards, I would send the $1021 right back. I did these prompts. However, he asked me to submit other information and I refused. I realized then I was being scammed. A couple of days ago, he along with the scam company pretended to be me. They contacted ***** **** and told them that $866 that I had paid as tithes for 2 months to my local church assembly was fraud. However, they are the fraud company and has scammed me $866. I need the $866 reversed back to ***** or the church. I was told by the church this morning August ******* that the scammers took those funds from ***** and ***** took the $866 from the church account.. If I need to call to explain further please let me know. I just need this cleared.

    I applied for a $3000 loan.I filled out paperwork.I was working with someone text.They never got back with me.They haven't put money in my bank yet.They got all my information.
