    Topstep stated they would give me 5 credits. ******* said she did and I didnt see them. ***** then said they had been redeemed. I for a fact paid for my own accounts. Then I was told by ****** or ***** it was a system glitch and a supervisor will rectify the situation. Belen never did and basically called me a liar. So I filed a lawsuit and submitted complaint with ***. Just dispute your money back everyone. They will never rectify it

    Their entire trading platform is shady. They encountered 2 big "glitches" or "errors" from 7/31/25-8/8/25. This caused my trade to magically dissappear. I copy trade 5 accounts and it cost me around 9k-10k on 7/31/25. They admitted fault but refused to pay me. I am currently filing chargebacks with my cc company. Do not use this platform!

    My account was traded in the middle of the night without my permission and while I was asleep. I had an automated stop loss set for the account in case any positions were opened. The market went to one tick from my stop, the stop was cancelled, then the market (******) fell 2%, again while I was asleep. I havent been able to make real money ever since my account was traded while I was asleep. I get one or two points of profit, the market stops, then turns the other direction until I lose an account. If I take the one or two points of profit, whenever I buy after that, the market immediately drops as soon as I enter the trade. Everyone calls it a tape bomb, a lot of those are where Im entering into trades, infuriating. Your accounts might be connected and traders might be getting faded.

    TopStep should be the industry standard! They are NOT a scam! They provide a life changing opportunity if you can learn to be a consistently profitable trader. Their customer service has always resolved any issues Ive had and have always paid on time. Ive spent thousands on combines and years learning to trade and when you become profitable they will process your payouts. I think people get upset and make complaints because they dont ever become profitable to withdraw payouts and its frustrating and easier to blame it on platform technical difficulties or lack of customer service or a variety of other issues and scenarios you can come up with. Bottom line is they are a great business offering a huge opportunity if you can consistently trade well.

    BE VERY CAREFUL! I observed and recorded the TopstepX software literally cheating me out of money. Brought it to supports attention and even sent them the video proof. They didnt even acknowledge this was an issue. Support is terrible overall. But my biggest recommendation is if you use TopstepX, WATCH IT EVERY SECOND YOU ARE IN THE TRADE. The price will deviate for up to 7 points (ES) for maybe a minute or two. This can mean hundreds of lost dollars! You wouldnt even notice it you werent watching every second.

    The last 4 days after a system glitch was reported by myself and many other traders, Top Step has blocked our numbers ti go to a voice mail where they can not address our issue or discuss, additionally after using thier ** robot, they additionally don't follow up with you directly. We need help from 3rd party's, and identifying supervisors and or managers. I was never fully made whole on a 100k account, also I paid 49 recently and did not recieve the combine, I reported to the ** .......this is lack of customer service and also not right for the traders.*******

    Apparently this prop firm has sent out monthly stat emails from combines that expired months ago to previous customers. If this is how they handle a customer's information and are unable to keep track of current and non current customers, I would stay away from this company and be cautious of what they are doing with customer information.

    This is a fraudulent prop firm and should be avoided. I signed up for their 50k combine and spent months and thousands of dollars to qualify for a funded account. After qualifying and paying 150 dollars activation fee, they sent me an email to verify my identity which i did. The next day they canceled all my accounts and would not respond to any of my emails
