We are sorry to hear that the customer's expectations were not met. Here at BillDoctor.org we strive to match customers with appropriate financial ********************** (based on eligibility), and we operate websites dedicated to certain consumers, such as Veteran Debt Assistance (********************************************************************) which caters more to the veteran community. As disclosed on the website (********************************************), Veteran Debt Assistance is owned and operated by CPC Marketing, **** d/b/a Bill *******

The customer mentions a ******** advertisement but what is attached is a copy of our website. The ******** advertisements that we run for Veteran Debt Assistance do not mention any specific "veteran debt assistance program" and there is a clear disclosure on the webpage (**********************************************) that "Veteran Debt Assistance and the programs/services offered through its providers are not affiliated with, approved, sponsored, or endorsed by any state or federal government agency."

This complaint also states that the Bill ****** page "claims [that Bill ******] doesn't offer veterans assistance programs". There is no claim on the Bill ****** website (billdoctor.org/lower-payments) that we do not offer programs or solutions for veterans.

Followed an ad on ******** for BillDoctor.org saying they could help veterans with debt, and list the BBB A rating. I check the BBB before proceeding and continued when I found them in your database. What they did was took my information, and instead of a contact for the "bill" for veterans they advertised, they were trying to push lons pon me. This is veteran scam targeting.

We are sorry to hear that the customers expectations were not met. Here at BillDoctor.org we strive to match customers with appropriate financial solutions based on eligibility. To this degree we evaluate each customer based on the information provided in the application form and determine which of our partners is likely to be able to offer them a product that can help with their situation.

Our records indicate that the consumer profile associated with the name on the complaint was determined to be ineligible for an offer by one of our debt relief partners, and this consumer was instead connected with one of our consolidation loan partners.

Neither the ******** advertisement attached by the customer nor the landing page **********************/lower-payments make any guarantees regarding availability or qualification, and the ******** advertisement clearly states in large upper-case text that individuals MAY be eligible. The advertisement further directs consumers to [s]ee what relief options are available to you and if you qualify (emphasis added), clearly making availability of any specific program subject to qualification.

This complaint also states that the advertisement the consumer viewed described a bill for veterans. Neither the advertisement attached to the complaint nor any of our other ******** marketing campaigns reference any legislation pertaining to veterans benefits.
