    - [ ] Made purchase on 1/25/23 (posted to account on 1/26/23) for amount of $215.78 - [ ] Estimate time for delivery was 4-6 weeks from order date - [ ] Beelashed emailed several customers on 2/23/23 cancelling our orders - there was no given timeline for refunds being processed. - [ ] I, ******, emailed Beelash on 3/19/23 to inquire about my refund status.- [ ] Beelashed responds on 3/20/23, saying there is a 90-day dispute with the bank on THEIR end.- [ ] ****** files a dispute charge with Barclays in the interim of receiving this email from Beelashed, hopeful this would prompt some urgency on the merchants behalf - [ ] ****** was issued a provisional credit from Barclays for the full purchase amount, posted on 3/26/23 for $215.78 - [ ] ****** paid off the remaining card balance to have $0 owed on this card on 4/2/23 - [ ] ****** checked statement and saw there had been a charge for $215.78 posted again to the account on 5/8/23. - [ ] ****** called Barclays & uncovered that the provisional credit was reversed due to the merchant refusing the refund. - [ ] ****** emails Beelashed on 5/19/23, following up again on the refund status. Beelashed never responds.- [ ] ****** emailed Beelashed again in 5/29/23, to follow up on the same matter, and again, no response from Beelashed on the inquiry.- [ ] Email on 6/23/23 saying we would be getting our refund within 7 days from that day. Still no refund, awaiting another response from the merchant.
