    The report we contracted with ******************* to complete was submitted on June 6th. We received the invoice on June 17th and processed the payment within our standard ***** business day timeframe. Since no specific payment method was indicated on the invoice, we defaulted to mailing a check. The check was delivered on July 2.

    I attempted to sign up for and purchase a background check for my own past addresses history (as I am having trouble with the dates needed for a form I-130 for my wife). After I created an account on their site eknowid.com and attempted to purchase a address history check, I was directed to the payment screen where I gave my credit card information and was charged $15.However I did not receive any sort of confirmation nor did it ask me for the relevant information to perform a check, and when I called their customer support they said there was a "technical issue" on their end and that the order was not processed.However, while waiting today on a "call back" I never received I tried simply creating a new account to try again, and I couldn't even create a account properly or order anything because their website is so broken.It seems highly suspicious that their website design was to charge me before even filling out a proper order for a background check, that their customer service is mostly non responsive, and that their website is not usable (I was operating a iPhone 12 iOS Safari browser).This seems like a scam.
