    Yep,,, pretty much second everyone elses review. The email help page is 404. The chat is utterly useless. IF they respond, its just lip service. Nothing happens. My access has been locked out because the "secret" question answer the site says is incorrect. Obviously it is not. They then say they will fix it. ... to which, nothing happens. I have used the chat daily to resolve to no avail. Major pain in the ****. Not to mention the redicuous amount of spam. Even after creation of seperate, individual spam delete lists. What a JOKE.

    I just bought the 1 year subscription about a half hour ago. After viewing the sight for 1 minute I immediately wanted my money back. However there is no way to get support. I tried accessing the support links and it said either my password was wrong or it took me to a site that said oops this help center no longer exists I want the $ 40 refunded.

    This email service is the WORST I have ever used! I have tried to get help getting in to my email for 2 months! There is NO SUPPORT, no matter how many times you try! I am paid up through 2027 and cannot open my email! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS EMAIL SERVICE!!!!

    The provider claims that **** emails can be prevented using the **** setting blocklist using the domain preceded by the wildcard % (the example they give is @%.ru) I get tons of spam from @%.eu.com and have added that to my blocklist and it doesn't block anything. So, I checked the origin server and added that to my Blocklisted IP addresses. That too doesn't stop anything.So, I added the origin server to my Incoming email filtering. Neither does that filter the unwanted emails. I opened an issue with ****** support in 2022 and have reopened it several times since, including today. I usually get an email from support indicating that the issue has been resolved. But what I find is that nothing changes and maybe the tech person has just added comments to the ticket with something like "do this ..." or "do that ...", which I had already done long ago. It tells me that ***** has even reviewed the settings I have in place and the spam emails to see why they got through. The bottom line is that the email service is making false claims about how they are able to prevent spam.

    Have had my reagan.com account "hacked" at least 10 times in the past 2 months. reagan.com has had to "reset" my account so that I may have access without a fraudulent name now being used on it. Have had reagan.com account since its inception. **************** is an absolute farce. E-mail provider PROTON is looking much better everyday. I think reagan.com has taken the conservative name of ************************* (and putting on their company) and disgraced it as far as they can. Why not change it to a "****'s name or better yet some socialist liberal democrat. Would be far more fitting. Paying money for nothing.

    I am bringing this complaint because I have run out of options to get my issue fixed. I have 2 email accts w Reagan.com 1 was my primary email for **** years and the 2nd one is the alternate to use for this major problem of being locked out almost daily since Dec 22nd. I have sent 12 correspondence emails and now Im on day 4 of no response from submitted request and my security questions have been hacked as well ! I never had an issue with ****** until 2023 and it has been a complete joke, there are NO live chat people I literally sat on chat on Sunday for 6 hours and got no live chat person. I received no response to back to my most recent ticket , but was sent a request for a review on how they are doing with their own customer service. KIND OF IRONIC . At this time I would, I would caution anybody from getting a reagan.com

    I have had this ************* since 2014. It was great up until the last couple years. Full of spam, terrible (non existent) customer "service", etc. ************************* would be embarrassed to have his name on this garbage. Give it up already, whoever is running it now.

    On October 20, 2023 the client sent an inquiry to the support team via email at 5:55am, the support team replied to the email at 3:08pm on October 20 and gave instructions for the user to come to live chat for further discussion regarding their spam complaint. ****** support also notified the client that chat is available Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 8:00PM CST and also available on Saturday and Sunday from 9:00AM to 4:00PM CST. We have not received a response since our last correspondence.  The client's account is open and accessible.

    "Reagan.com still utilizes live chat and email support ******************** to communicate with its users.>>>> That's c*** I've been locked out of my Reagan.com and 1791.com emails for nearly two weeks. Do NOT use this email service. Even if it were free, it would still be awful.

    Reagan.com support replied to the user's alternate email address and gave them instructions to reset their password.  We confirmed that both accounts were active, the user was given instructions to open a different browser as they stated they were unable to view the Chat Support option within their current browser.  We are awaiting confirmation that the user is able to log in successfully to both inboxes.

    If I could give it a zero I would. I have had reagan.com email for many years. It started out great. You could talk to a representative if you had a problem either by phone or chat. Now you send a report via their website and never, ever hear one word back from them. There are constant problems with their email site, the latest and most aggravating being that email sent to my reagan.com address is bouncing back as undeliverable. I even tested it myself to be sure it wasn't a fluke! Guess how that affects getting bills sent by email!!!! This service has just bottomed out.

    Tech support checked the users email account settings and adjusted the filter settings accordingly. A test email was sent from the account to the account as the user stated in a prior support ticket that their emails were being reported as undeliverable. Tech support confirmed that the test email was received in the inbox and emailed the user to send a test email when they have an opportunity to confirm it is successful. Reagan.com still utilizes live chat and email support ******************** to communicate with its users.
