    I have paid for this e-mail service and it is up to date and current . All of a sudden I cannot access my e-mail and there is zero customer support assistance . They simply do not respond and do not provide any way to contact a live person to get resolution.

    On or about 9/8/25 my email account *********@************************ been frozen, i am locked out of it and no way to contact provider to get it restored, i have been a customer for 5 years. I have submitted the online "contact" provider form over 5 times now and no response. I want ********** to restore my email service asap ie deliver the service they are supposed to and fix the problem.

    I have been unable to access my email with Reagan.com for at least a couple months now. There was no notice given, attempts to change my password are unsuccessful. I've tried to reach out to their support team, leaving a message on their chat help menu, and have received no response. In trying to send them communication, it will state security question but the question is not there and you can't proceed without an answer. In their "check all boxes that have a motorcycle", the picture does not show up that would allow you to check the boxes with a motorcycle. The Support link doesn't work. I would like to be able to retrieve my emails.

    my email stopped over night. It is the only email I use. It is very important for me to get back on. If I owe something to continue, I will pay. It stopped over night with no warning. Every two years they send me something to pay. Now I cannot even get on the web site to pay. I really would like my emails back. Please help. I called and left messages with the phone and tried emailing them. No response.

    My email at reagan.com has been locked up. I tried for a month to pay my bill, but nothing would work on the site. No one would help. No answers at all.After my time was up, they locked up my email account. I have a lot of very important information they have locked up. No reason. No answers. nothing. This isn't right. The exact same thing happened last year, and I put in a complaint to BBB and after 2 days they unlocked my email.???Why would a co. do anything like this. I see there are a lot of complaints with the same situation.I need my email bad. The email in question is ******************** thanks

    Been receiving e mails claiming I have requested cancelation of my Reagan.com e mail account. According to my records my account is paid for through 2027. I think it's a scam but when I try to verify with Reagan.com, I can't get them to respond. They don't list contact info on the web site and never respond to Chat regardless what time of day it is. If this is a ploy to get me to go elsewhere, it's working. President ****** would never stand for this!

    I have two accounts, ************************************** My CC was charged on, 7/3/25, my checking account was deducted on 7/28/25. ***************** acct stopped working 7/21/25 in the afternoon. I contacted their "chat" at 6:39 PM 7/21/25 at 9:50 AM 7/22/25 I received from "AnswerBot" How did your chat go? I answered & than started a new chat at that time. It's now 12:20 PM and no response from the "chat" I also called ************ & left a detail message. I was able to see on ***************** this morning service was stopped for non payment. I paid it this AM from my checking acct. service is now working. I paid $40.00 three times for 2 accts. they owe me $40.00, I can't get anybody to respond to chat or phone message I left. Same thing happened two years ago I suggested they combine both accts into one with the same renewal date and associate the two email address with the other, at that time they said "their system" doesn't work that way. Their customer service is atrocious along with being unresponsive a 5 minutes phone call should be able resolve this saving me alot of time and frustration.

    Subject: Reagan.com LLC Failure to Provide Access to ******************************** Contact Page ******** I am submitting this complaint regarding Reagan.com LLCs failure to provide access to its paid email service and its misleading customer support interface.Despite having an active subscription, I have been unable to log into my Reagan.com email account for several days. The login page consistently returns the error: Login was unsuccessful. Please correct the errors and try again, even though my credentials are correct. Attempts to reset the password or access the account via alternate browsers and devices have failed.More concerning is the absence of any functional support channel. The Reagan.com Contact Page claims to offer a form to reach their team, but no form is presentonly a static message with no fields or submission options. This creates a false impression of support availability and prevents users from resolving service issues.I am requesting that Reagan.com LLC:Restore access to my email account immediately.Provide a working support channel for customer inquiries.Offer a refund or credit for the period of service disruption.This situation affects not only my communications but also undermines trust in a service marketed as secure and patriotic. I urge the BBB to investigate this matter and encourage Reagan.com to respond publicly.

    I tried to apply for an email account. I paid $99 for 3 a year membership with my credit card. I set up my account but it would not let me log in. It prompted me to change my password. So I did. To no avail. I contacted (DM'd) customer service on line. I provided the information requested. I've heard nothing for about a week. No email. I tried to access customer support on line but I am blocked. At this point, I would like a refund on my credit card.
