    I received an order for earbuds from ****. It was a gift and my husband didnt want them. They were unopened and unused; the packaging was intact. I tried to facilitate an online return but that was impossible as the online returns page didnt exist: server cant be found. I managed to find an email for customer service and started that way. I provided my order number and waited. I did not hear back initially for 4 days. When I finally did, I was told I needed to send a photo of the unused and unopened product. I did that and then was told to follow the instructions on the return website, which doesnt exist. I told them that and then got return information. I followed the instructions and sent the item back. I sent a picture of the packaging with the address and with the tracking info. I sent the tracking information on June 16. I received confirmation that they got the product on June 20 and that it will take 7-14 business days to process my refund. It has been 16 business days and they have gone radio silent. I have emailed every day and have gotten no response.

    3/24/2025 the date I purchased 2 items. The name of the items are Advanced earbuds for active movers-*****.The amount of one item was $99.99 and the other was $80.00 I sent back the 2 items. I send the company this message Refund my money. You guys already received your 2 items in one package. ******. they did refund order # ******US $80.     Ordered MIFO 05 Plus *** 3 earbuds on 12/3/2024. Their site states orders dispatched same day; in stock, and 2-4 day delivery in **. Posted tracking # on 12/5; when not received by 12/10 checked tracking number; hadn't shipped yet. Cancelled order; they would not acknowledge. On 12/16 again inquired as to status; said nothing until I received them on 12/18. On 12/19 I contacted them due to not holding a charge and dropping calls; got generic reply. They never answered a call to customer service, nor did they ever return a call, as I left several messages over several days. Suddenly they started working for 2-3 weeks, then again would not hold a charge, as they would cut out after 1-2 calls and less than 45 minutes. Their website states: "No-hassle returns policy plus warranty covers your purchase Not happy? No problem! ****** products can be returned for a full refund. Changed your mind? ******** products may also be returned within 14 days."Simply not true. I have been trying to get something done the whole time I have had them. Finally they emailed me and stated they would "take care of me" about three weeks ago, and I have heard nothing since. I can't give a customer service rating because they have none. They shipped to me three weeks late, shipped me junk that doesn't work, and then refuse to do anything about it. Beware of this company; they are a total scam.

    On January 11, I ordered Mifo 05 Plus Generation 3 earbuds, which were advertised as coming with free shipping within 2-5 days. Ive made a large number of attempts to get an estimated shipping date, but all Im told is that theyre out of stock and will arrive sometime soon. I requested a refund and a cancellation of my order. The response I received to this did not acknowledge my request at all. My desired outcome is to have my order cancelled and my payment refunded. This should be easy, as my order has yet to even arrive at ***** facility.

    ******* were purchased on 12/11/2024 as a Christmas present. Upon opening, the right earbud does not turn on. The case works, holds and charge, and the left earbud does work. Mifo customer service was contacted on January 2nd and alerted to the issue due to the link to return items on the website not working (consistent error saying the site can't be reached **************************). The first email response from Mifo was received on 1/9/2025 with four troubleshooting suggestions. These were attempted the following day without success. I've emailed mifo asking for next steps on a return and refund due to the defective product on 1/10/2025 and a follow up on 1/16/2025 without response.

    I ordered a pair of Mifo 05 Plus *** 2 earbuds directly from Mifo on December 9th, 2023. The order number is *****US. It's now September 3rd, 2024, and I have been emailing Mifo back and forth, with months sometimes going between my emails and their responses. I was told twice the earbuds were on backorder. In the latest correspondence on August 31, 2024, I was told the green camouflage color I ordered was out of stock and that I would get an update by yesterday, Monday, September 2cd. I received no update. I've asked several times that Mifo either refund my money or send me earbuds they do have in stock at a price equivalent to the ones I ordered that always seem to be out of stock. Please help me. Please do what you can. It's been 9 months since Mifo took my money, and all I've gotten from them are words and empty promises.

    I ordered Mifo O5 Professional [2024] Balanced Armature Smart True Wireless Bluetooth 5.0 Earbuds - Free US Shipping, Mifo O5 PLUS *** 2 Smart True Wireless Bluetooth 5.2 Earbuds - Free US Shipping for $210.99 on August 4, 2024. I emailed inquiring about shipping status on August 13. I received a reply on August 16 stating they will look into it. No follow up since then, but order was scheduled for delivery today. It was returned by **** due to insufficient address even though my address is listed on the order receipt.

    I purchased a pair of earbuds. When they arrived it was determined that the right earbud was defective. The customer service acknowledges the defect. However, they are asking me to ship the device back at my own expense and only after they receive it will they send a new set. Additionally they have been extremely slow in their response to me, as well as making me go through hoops to get a response from them. It has been over a month and they have still not taken positive action to resolve my problem. I have asked for a prepaid mailer, an apology and a new set be sent upon notification of my return. I have all copies of the email correspondence with this company for you to see. As a consumer, I would expect much better treatment and customer service from a company that does business in *****************. Please help and advise the next steps.I am also contacting the Attorney General.Thank you
