No Refunds or Credits
PPES Inc. does not provide refunds or credits for services, products, or eventsexcept in cases where PPES Inc. cancels an event. All other sales are final.
EXCHANGES
Once a purchase or booking has been made, it cannot be exchanged foranother service or event unless specifically stated otherwise.
SERVICE CANCELLATIONS BYCLIENTS
If a client cancels a scheduled service, no refund or credit will beissued. We will attempt to reschedule the service, subject to availability.
EVENT CANCELLATIONS BY PPESINC.
In the event that PPES Inc.cancels an event, clients will have two options:
Option 1: Transfer the purchase toanother scheduled event.
Option 2: Receive a full refund, which will be processed within 3 hours of thecancellation notice and refunded via the original method of payment.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
