            Ordered a blanket from Makemesurprise.com on 12/14/23. Upon ordering I looked to see where the ** was located. It was ******* ** which allowed me to think that it would arrive on time. The site states 6-9 days to make the blanket and 3-5 days to ship to me. It is now over 1 month and the item has not arrived. The ** is in *****. This is false advertising and false info for shipping. It was a birthday present for 1/5/24. I have emailed the company several times and they ask me to be patient due to circumstances. They said they have asked the carrier to expedite. I also paid $3.99 for VIP service to expedite the order faster. I no longer need or want the item and have asked for a full refund of $41.88. I have not received a reply as of yet. This company had high ratings that I believe may be false. It has been sitting at some facility since 1/8/24. It is being shipped to **** to be delivered to me. It hasnt even arrived to them yet. Want to warn others as well as recoup my losses.

            On the website looks like they have lots of good products. Purchased a couple of their personalized blanket for my 3 yrs. Old Granddaughter. They sent me an email because the skintones and the picture I sent didn't quite match.They said " response within 24 hrs."Email was received on April 7th of 2024 @ 1:44 am. I responded at April 7th 2024 at 1:57 pm ( within 24 hrs. Window )Got no response so April 8 th called their stateside customer service and they said No worries, they send a message and have it corrected and they'll send me the Adjusted version before production. A few day later April 9th or 10th called the customer service and told them still got no response on the process of correcting the skin tones.Finally on the 11th, got an email saying my orders was shipped and they didn't receive any emails so NOTHING WAS ADJUSTED ????. Sent them another email with screen shots of my response to their first email.They still insisted that they NEVER RECEIVED MY EMAIL OR ANY MESSAGES FROM THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE?!?!They said it was too late and nothing can be done...After **************** ensure me that everything will be corrected !!!!So; becarefull this company is in *****... take caution when ordering. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK because they will take your money ?? in a heartbeat.If their customer service can't resolve your issues / problems, who can ???
