    I placed an order on 12/2/24, I have contacted the company four times via email to ask for an update as my order status has not changed on their website. This is a Xmas gift that I am clearly not getting, their customer service is non existent, you cannot contact via phone, their online form does not work and the emails have been unanswered. They took my money and I assumed they were a legitimate business. This was incorrect, I want my product I paid for or a refund, this company should not be in business to the public this is stealing.

    I placed an order for a football and 4 pair of glasses. I received an order confirmation email on the date of my order (12/6), but have never received a follow up of the order being processed or shipped. I emailed to inquire about status and received no reply.

    I purchased a product online on 4th December 2022 and never recieved the product.Despite repeated attempts to contact them, I only received an automated response to my initial email, a slight variation on that email once more, and then nothing since.

    On December 28, 2023 I purchased a HoloGear Holographic Glowing Reflective Basketball, 29.5 in. from HoloGear LLC, ******* online on the company website. I was charged $54.95 + 9.95 shipping + $3.43 tax for total of $68.33. I received an order conformation by email with confirmation #******. I paid online through PayPal, receiving a payment confirmation to Collectively Simple with transaction Transaction ID *****************. No further confirmation or contact has occurred. I have tried numerous times to contact the company ion their website by using the "Contact Us" and "Help" buttons but continually get a message that the site can not be reached. This is either extremely poor customer service or a scam. I seek a full refund of my purchase price. (attached is image of order confirmation from HoloGear.

    On 11/25/2023, I purchased a jacket for $50 plus shipping. To date, I have not received my product. Furthermore, I contacted Hologear on three occassions using their "online contact" platform to ask for the status of my order and have not received a response.

    I ordered 2 items from Hologear, LLC. There were payments take from my account through the service Affirm. I paid for the items and went to check status of my order. It said order received and in process. I continue to check for contact information, and I emailed them for a status update. I received nothing. Now there is not site through their Shopify merchant, and there is no way of getting this money refunded.

    On December 7, 2023, I purchased online a holographic basketball from HoloGear, order #******. To date nothing has been delivered. I have contacted the company by e-mail asking what the status is. I tried calling, but the phone is disconnected. I reached a relative of the owner in ******, ********, who said he no longer lived there and she took my phone number to have him call me back.

    On Nov 27, 2023 I placed order #****** and have yet to receive. Each time I tried to complete a contact form I received an error message. Phone Number has been disconnected to this CO. My debit card was charged on Nov 27 for $47.89. Please help.
