  BBB Complaint Summary: Fraudulent Scheme and Deception by *** ******** and AMZ Inventors I am filing this complaint against *** ********, who is associated with AMZ Inventors, for engaging in a serious fraudulent scheme that has caused me significant financial harm.Details of the Complaint:Fake Contract:* *** ******** and AMZ Inventors created a *fictitious contract* involving a person named ******** ****** (email: ************************* I possess a copy of this fake contract, which was used to deceive me into paying large sums of money under false pretenses.Misrepresentation and Fraud:* They promised to *pay off my credit card* if I paid them a certain amount. I paid over *$4,500* based on these promises, but they *never paid off my credit card. Instead, they **kept the money and refused to refund me.Ongoing Scam:* *** ******** is involved in *long-standing scams* targeting U.S. citizens. He exploits trust with *high prices, false promises, fake contracts, and illegal schemes**. It is known that he operates from overseas (********) and has a history of running fraudulent activities.Impact:This is a criminal scheme involving fraudulent contracts and deception. They exploited my trust and stole over $4,500 from me, causing major financial distress and damage.Request:I am requesting that the BBB investigate *** ******** and AMZ Inventors for their scam activities and hold them accountable.   ****** / Offshore scam $2500 $2000 Advised unable to do amazon due to already having an account.Business agreed to xfer me to shoppify and etsy Advised did not want a walamrt never transfered money.calls alot to sell other products while not providing any products I think they are aware the poeple that are being minipulated comntacting through whats app its scam no differetn then a social security scam.request money back. Business is really ************** Scam business. Which is a post office box in a slum area it looks to be. Maybe a friend with an indian resturant is here for this one.Business did not resolve the issue. Created a shopify store weeks if not months later, little communication, asked to remove my name.They claim the orders are fufilled from temu, advised not interested in shipping from temu its not my brand and is another company that sells products.Products are subpar(non existant) communication is little or the whats app scam tool.Their phone number is fake on their website. They want me to spend money. Reviews are many that are poor similar on their webesite where they lost money. We feel other reviews are fake in nature to shill.They advmitted I could use money for something else, I advised I wanted to come meet with them they state they are in ******* to me but they are not eatting ********* in *******.they then take 2000 without my permission they are hackers.They said it was done for you but want me to do work not intrested in doing the work.

  Amz inventor have charged me $1000 dollars, as agency fee to help me start an **** drop shipping buisness. The solicit individuals to start an e-commerce buisness telling me that they have whole sale suppliers that they will drop ship from to **** and will guarantee me pasive income. I was very interested when I paid them they said they while selling on **** they will need a vps to opperate, with that being said they said I will need to pay another $500 dollar, or they can't opperate.I paid them for a vps I never seen. They then ask me to set up a **** club account which I did at their instruction trusting that they are the e-commerce professionals. However little did I know **** club policy does not allow drop ship from members account and they are a retailer. They suspended my account. They however still continue to copy products from my **** club suspended account and list it on **** when they order came in they have no way of fulfillment to the customer because the **** club is suspended. My 12 years **** account that I have with hundreds of 100% positive feed back start getting negative feed back, when I spoke to *****. He told me everything is under control. But in the mean time he got another offer that is time sensitive pay for a wallmart store and Amazon store $3000 to set up in 3 months. I paid another $3000 until this day like over half years later never saw anything, I left with permanent damages to my seller account left with lost $4500. And nothing to show for. First step is to inform the bbb. Second step will be ftc. Third step will be atorney general. 4th step will be long arm statute suit against the business.5th will be a detail ******* video with all documentation and detail of my experience of how my $4500 was spend and what I get from this business of this can't be resolved here.
