We filed a complaint with Sav.com regarding a fraudulent website ******************* that had been brought to our attention for which Sav.com is listed as the registrar. The website is an unauthorized copy of the official website of the brand and is deceiving consumers into purchasing from the unauthorized site. Additionally, the unauthorized site has infringed on the registered trademarks and copyrights of the brand. We have not received a response from Sav.com. The longer the website remains live the more consumers will be deceived.

I personally operate 'NostalgiaKnives.com' and have created all content, images, etc. regarding the collectable pocket knives I sell. After running an image scan of pics I've taken over the last year, I found a company has not only scanned and stolen images, but my text that I wrote, as well. I am researching legal assistance, but wanted to make sure the BBB is informed of the sites unethical, and illegal practices. After scanning their site, I found dozens of copied images that originated on other sites. After this submission, i'll be copying the complaint to the **** And setup a website to warned people who my consider buying from this site, or it's parent domain company Sav.com. I attempted to call Sav.com, but got disconnected every time I selected to speak with a representative. In my opinion, this is a completely scammer org/group that needs to be . And I plan to proceed with that assumption until a company **** climbs out from under their false rock. This company should be less than B- so I suggest the BBB do it's own investigation. Otherwise, please provide me direction on my next step to illuminate this scam group to the public. That is, other than the website I'm building to expose their practices.

Sav.com, LLC came to my browser as a broker in 2021 when I purchased my domain ambookkeeping.com. On October 27, 2023, my domain stopped working, only because the company had neglected to inform me about the renewal of the domain. Last week, the domain was put into an auction, and they stated they couldn't let me renew my own domain. The auction was going to be done today, November 8-2023, but in the last 4 minutes, someone placed a bid. The domain went from ***** to 35 or 36. their rules aren't clear. This company shouldn't be active. This company are stealing people's domain and then have the system put them in auction so they can profit more.
